Fiesta Key RV Resort and Marina

We have been staying here since 1990 and the resort just keeps getting better. The staff is friendly and helpful, and restaurant offers a good selection of fresh seafood entrees, as well as a great selection of bar food, and hamburgers. Not only are the common areas well maintained, the beach is even raked each morning.

The RV sites are of suitable size however, getting in with a larger rig is a bit tight, and I was very thankful, the staff is right there assisting.

The cabins and motel rooms, are clean and updated and some offer excellent ocean views.

We fell in love with this place. We appreciate that the hot tubs are separated from the pool, so you aren't getting splashed by rambunctious kids. There is a restaurant on site and live music on the weekends. The dog park is pretty spacious and clean. We have already booked a stay for next year.

We are back at Fiesta Key RV Resort again! Great location and great staff. We always love visiting the area and Fiesta is a great place to park our RV and unwind.
This is the Keys and real estate is a premium so the RV sites are a bit snug but not terrible. Good power, with water and sewer hook ups.
Grocery and shopping is only about 20 minutes away
The staff including the folks at the gate and those working the grounds are always friendly and answered all our questions.
Having a pool, hot tub, restaurant, marina and a beach only adds to the experience.

Our family spent our Christmas Vacation at one of the Cottages on . The kids loved the pool, hot tub, pickle ball, basketball, the marina, the resort kid activities, playground, on site restaurant, and so much more. We would highly recommend this resort to everyone interested in a great Family friendly resort in the Florida Keys.

MM 70. Affordable with Thousand Trails pass. No homemade conversion vans or tents allowed. Excellent dock master, AJ, who was just outstanding! Super clean facilities all around. We stayed 10 nights. We brought our boat. Dock slip by the size of boat, for us $70 a day. Full service campground. We never left, but to go fishing. Bait, gas, tackle, food all on-site. Great place for all ages.

This was our first time at Fiesta Key RV Resort and Marina, which is an Encore park. It’s located at 70001 Overseas Highway in Long Key, FL. We arrived on October 8th and stayed for two weeks. It was fabulous! If I never left the resort for two weeks, I would have been perfectly happy and content! The resort has 324 RV sites, check in is at 12:00 pm and check out is 11:00 am. There is a restaurant on site with happy hour from 4-6 pm with delicious food and drinks. There is a designated swimming area and beach where you can float about or even snorkel while looking at all the different sea life. One man we met even went and caught a lobster for his dinner! The beach area has many different types of sitting areas and umbrellas and is perfect for sitting and watching the gulf. The only complaint we could give would be the music from the beach and the music from the restaurant/bar (which are right next to each other )were different so they would interfere with each other and that could be very annoying. There’s a heated pool with a separate kiddie pool area and two jacuzzi’s. There’s a general store, a boat launch, fish cleaning stations, dog park, fenced in playground, laundry facility, bathhouses, and community center. The fishing was great and my husband maxed out on his catch for the day! There’s so much to do or you can just sit and watch the manatee and the sunset, while sipping a cocktail. It’s perfect!

You'll truly wake up saying, "Wait a minute." I'm at a campsite. I thought I was at the Caribbean. How did I get here? Because it's exactly like a Caribbean resort. You'll think you're in Jamaica. Cabanas everywhere tiki bar restaurant what more beaches the keys wow.

Went here last Christmas, absolutely amazing resort, wifi and beach May not be the best but still worth a visit.

Always enjoy staying here. Fiesta key is like a big family everyone is so helpful and you can tell they work together great as a team. They are always busy making the place perfect for the guests. The beach is always well manicured. They keep the whole campgrounds nice and fresh. They are quick to pick up your garage bag right from your site. We have both stayed in cabins and brought our RV. The cabins are really nice. We really enjoy them. I look forward to being in one next month. We enjoy the island vibe. The restaurant is great there too. The tiki style bar/restaurant sits right on the sand by the water. It offers happy hour with appetizers and drinks specials. Live music or dj is offered some nights also. We enjoy fishing there. We have brought our pontoon boat and on another trip we brought kayaks. They have a great Marina and sell live bait. We call it our home away from home. I highly recommend.

Excellent resort, very clean with a great pool, very nice views and everything you need for a good vacation.

The park is beautiful, clean and the staff is super nice and professional! We had a great time and we'll be back really soon.

It's one thing that this RV resort is so naturally beautiful and the maintenance is obviously kept up to very high standards. It's just stunning. What really stands out about this place is the incredible level of professionalism and friendliness of the staff, and I'm talking about absolutely every person with whom we came in contact with at the resort; always helpful and always smiling. I wish I could remember all their names but off the top of my head Jennifer, Annemarie, Pam, Devon... and I apologize for not remembering more of them. We met a lot of really nice people, made some new friends and everyone felt the same way about the staff as we did. Thanks for a great stay and we will be back.

This is a very nice upscale RV resort. It has its own private beach, 2 pools and 2 hot tubs. They gave tons of RV sites, all with 20,30 & 50 amp service. You do share a water spigot with your neighbor, with the provided Y adapter. My neighbor had 2 hoses connected to it, but wasn’t upset when I detached his extra hose for mine. The staff here are very friendly, and very helpful. There is a restaurant/Bar on the property, a dog walk, a store and everything you could ever need. I will definitely return here in the future. It has everything you need to relax.

My favorite RV Park to date! Some of the most beautiful sunrises and sunsets I've ever seen in my life. When you get there, they help park you - and they are good at it. (Assigned spots! Unlike many other thousand trails parks.) The pool was big with the deep end clearly marked off and a separate pool for the little ones. The beach was small but very nice, with lots of chairs and umbrellas. When they say pet friendly, they really mean it. Other than the pool, part of the beach, and the restaurant, your furbabies are welcome everywhere! The dog park is cute and well maintained and lots of bags available if you run out. Hoping to stay here again in the future!

I love this place. My wife and I always have an amazing time here. They have a bar and kitchen. The food is great and Management and staff are awesome. Clean and they pick up your garbage every morning. Enjoy this place to the fullest. It’s great!

We spent a month at Fiesta Key. The staff is excellent, helpful, friendly and very courteous. The grounds are well maintained. The sites were very wide considering we were in the Keys. They have a full service restaurant and marina on site. Also a great pool and beach area. Lots of activities and social functions are offered. This is much better than most typical south Florida / keys campgrounds. I just cannot say enough about staff and management and how well this place is managed. There are lots of families with kids. I still haven’t figured out when or where these kids go to school but we were surprised as to how many school age children were there for the month of January and even longer. Nonetheless We highly recommend this campground.

Beautiful resort. Lovely beach, though not one where you can walk into the water. The cleanest resort we’ve ever stayed at. We stayed on an ocean front lot and the view was gorgeous. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

What a wonderful, beautiful experience we had. The property is beautiful, the staff was fabulous, from the check in process to the escort to our spot and the wonderful help getting parked. I think this needs to be offered everywhere. What great service. The staff was heartwarming, always offering a smile and a hello. This was our first time to the keys area and we will certainly return. The amenities were great and we took advantage of everything. We were there for the week of Labor Day. It made it worth the drive from Orlando area. We had our doggies with us and were close to grass area for them.

Love this place! Paradise! Employees are awesome and nice and helpful. Live music on the beach area and bar. Great seating area at the restaurant and tables and chairs right by the ocean. Pool overlooks the ocean! Will always be on my list.
