Rob has been our family jeweler for a while now and he’s never disappointed. I have bought amazing jewelry for my wife at his shop and we also had our wedding rings created by him. I have referenced many friends and family to him that love his work. He is honest, and dedicated to his work and most of all a friendly guy. Honestly, the best jeweler in town!

Rob at Unique Design is a professional jeweler that we are truly thankful for. I had a special ring from my engagement years ago, that was totally damaged from another “jeweler”. I even had it fixed by another “jeweler” that is known in Sarasota. My side stones were always falling out and I never was able to wear my ring out of fear I’d lose it. My mom who initially was a customer at Unique, introduced me to Rob. He very patiently helped me & my husband work through our options. We decided to rebuild my ring for our 10th wedding anniversary and Rob walked us through the whole process. Not only is he a kind and honest man, his quality craftsmanship is above and beyond. He is truly talented and can be trusted. We love Rob, his store, and will continue to recommend him and purchase from him. Rob is an incredibly talented jeweler who treats his customers and their heirlooms like family. I initially went in to have my engagement ring cut off, as my hands had become arthritic over the years and I was unable to remove it myself. Rather than rebuilding the ring exactly as it was, my husband and I decided to redesign it slightly. Rob guided us through the design process in a way that only added to the sentiment and integrity of my original ring, and the result is better than we could have imagined. I got my engagement ring from a local jewelry chain before I met Rob, after I met him I decided to get my wedding band done with him and the ring he made me always looks the cleanest out of both. We brought an heirloom ring to Rob - to be made into #2 identical rings. Rob expertly re-designed the original - using gold from the original for the 2 new rings, and used the original stones between the two new ones. It was hard to tell which was the original - and which were new! The resulting 2 rings will be heirlooms for our children. Can't express how beautiful the final products are! Rob is a true craftsman and I highly recommend him for any of your jewelry jobs large or small!!!

I needed to have my diamond wedding band resized and found Unique Design close to my home and stopped by to inquire about it. I was very surprised to see so many beautiful pieces of jewelry in the store and the gentleman behind the counter informed me that they were all his designs that he made. I was floored. I had no idea such talent existed in Sarasota. The gentleman explained that he had several people ahead of me and that it may take a week to complete the resizing of my ring, but I received a call the next day (today) letting me know it was ready to pick up. I was so happy to see that he took the extra step of cleaning it and making it look brand new. I am very satisfied with my experience and the customer service and quality of work done at this jeweler. I can’t wait to introduce my husband to this wonderful store.

Absolutely recommend!!! My heart was broken when I lost the diamond out of its setting. Luckily it was recovered!! I was given a couple options to repair and am SO HAPPY w the results. Theres also a large assortment of beautiful jewelry for sale so im sending the husband to look at 🥰🥰🥰

My wife's diamond solitaire fell out when the setting broke. Luckily it happened in our kitchen so we didn't lose the stone. Rob repaired the wedding ring perfectly. He completed the repair in a few days which was far quicker than other jewelers quoted, and his repair price was extremely reasonable. A true craftsman. He is now our go to person for anything jewelry related.

Rob gave me a fair quote to remove the sizing metal pearls on the inside of one of my wedding rings. He did the work right then and there.
I felt he was honest which is refreshing after having dealt with a few of the other larger jewelers in town whom I felt ripped me off.
