Thank you so much for the kindness and compassion! From start to finish I felt like everyone really cared! My smile is beautiful thanks to Dr. Nelson and his team. I am so happy I can't stop smiling! They will our family's Dentist for life.

I would love to share with everybody about my dentist and his entire staff… They are the most amazing people you could ask for! Dr. Robert Nelson is my dentist and he is fabulous, Fabulous fabulous! His front desk girls are amazing. They’re always ready to assist with appointments of any kind and they work with you on your schedule and that’s what I like the most about them. My hygienist is Stephanie and Stephanie is extremely thorough and detailed when she is done Dr. Robert takes another peek at what she has done to confirm which is usually on point &100%. Tess is quite knowledgeable about everything that Dr. Roberts instructions are. Tess, nor Karen ever have to ask him twice about what he said they are both very knowledgeable when he gives instruction.

They are located in Springfield Georgia on Laurel Avenue but trust and believe it is definitely definitely worth the drive no matter where you’re coming from, as I live in Bloomingdale and drive all the way there every time I need them.

They always pay special attention to each individual customer as if they were family and they treat you like family and that’s what’s amazing!

Love the home town feel and care that we received. All of the office staff were friendly, easy to talk to and helpful. I love that our whole family can be treated in one place. It was nice to find doctors that care after searching for a new dentist for some time.

I have gone to this dentist office for as long as I can remember! The staff are always so nice & helpful! Both Dr. Donald & Dr. Robert are always so kind & considerate, but even more so, very knowledgeable & thorough. Michaela always does an excellent job cleaning my teeth & Mrs. Stephanie does an exceptional job as well! I would recommend them to anyone!

First off let me start by saying I’ve lived in Effingham county a long time and never even knew this office was here! … but so happy I found it!! :) I chipped a tooth while eating and had to get a last minute appointment and I’m a new patient here but they got me in immediately and they have the best staff here All very nice! And they did amazing work they were very soft handed and made me feel very comfortable! and I was in no pain at all when I left and now I feel great again about my teeth. I’ll definitely be going back for my cleaning and I won’t go to another dentist I will keep Going there! I highly recommend trying this place you won’t be sorry!

The doctor was absolutely amazing! Went to get a broken tooth pulled and was out of there in an hour. He was very gentle and caring. I plan to go back for regular cleanings as they all made me feel welcome, and comfortable. I hate the dentist, but it was a great experience.

After suffering from an awful experience who precipitated necrotizing bone disease from another local office, Dr Robert Nelson and his team wasted no time putting me on the right path of expert oral surgeons moving forward. Wishing I had chosen this office for what should’ve been simple dental care first. He took the time to explain what’s in store extensively, even making calls to surgeon on my behalf and calling me himself with updates. Thankful that he is my dental provider now.

Dr. Donald Nelson was great. He did awesome work to a couple of my teeth and made my smile look new, and better! The staff as well as the dentist makes you feel like family. I was really nervous but being in their comfort was relaxing. I will be going back because I trust them and I am comfortable with them and the outcome is wonderful! :)

Outstanding care and very friendly staff. This kind of family business is so hard to find anymore, especially in the medical field. We're so lucky to have them in our little town.

My initial experience was not a great one. Then Dr. Nelson reached out to me immediately to fix the issues that I had due to having my tooth pulled. Dr. Nelson jumped right on making me feel as comfortable as possible and being very apologetic about my experience. I chose Effingham dental based on their reviews and I have to say they have lived up to their reputation and character. 🙌🏾

I’m new to Georgia and needed some dental work. Dr Donald Nelson and his assistant Tess are two amazing people. I thought I was going to have to live with my dental deformation, but thanks to this wonderful Dr and his staff, I can now smile again. They are amazing and I would refer anyone to them. Like I said I can not say enough to tell how amazing they are.

After years of being with Effingham Dental, I tried another Dentist.....and I am here to tell you it was a horrible experience. Today i returned to Dr. Nelson and Stephanie and it was awesome to be back. Honesty, Integrity and concern for the patient is what I missed most. Glad to be back!!

Both Dr. Robert Nelson and Dr. Donald Nelson have been providing me with terrific dental care over the past 3 years. Their staff is very professional and are always extremely courteous to me when I arrive. Me and my family visit Effingham dental care for all of our dentistry needs !

Love this office! Not only are the Nelson dentists thorough and friendly, but the office staff and hygienists are excellent and helpful too! I've been a patient there for nearly thirty years, beginning with their dad who started the business. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

WE switched to this office after a bad experience at Howard Dental in Rincon. Here all of the staff are friendly and the both of the dentists are great. They listen to what you have to say.

They got me scheduled the next day, it was my 1st time here. He walked me through the process of what was going on and happening. I definitely recommend ☺
