My mother brought a very nice white linen outfit to Owen’s Cleaners. When she picked it up, the top was noticeably a dingy color and did not match the pants. The owner, Mrs T, took back the outfit to redo. Upon picking up the second time, it was still dingy. The only solution offered was to redo it for a 3rd time. My mother at this point asked for reimbursement of the top at which Mrs T refused. She asked to see their policies which they could not provide to her. This type of customer treatment is unacceptable.
