I can not say enough good things about Dr. Waters his office and his staff it is the full one stop office. I don't say this lightly i have had numerous serious medical problems, and Dr.Brent has always been there to give me advice and encouragement. I can't say enough about what he has meant to me medically as well as my family. I just pray God will bless him for all the things he does for others.

DR. GORDEN B. WATERS is very easy to communicate your heath concerns with and easy to trust and believe in his expertise in the Medical Field .
The Professional Drs. Assistance has that same expertise in the Medical Field, ( Drs. Scott Mathis, Drs. Angie Adams, ( my only other acquaintances), however all the others on the Medical Staff has my same confidence if needed.
Also the nurses and office staff are very professional and organized.

I recently moved from Pittsburgh to Waycross and was worried I wouldn’t be able to find a new PCP that met my many health needs. I am happy to say, I found one. Dr. Gordan “Brett” Waters of Ascension Primary Care, Blackshear. He was knowledgable, professional, and compassionate. He exceeded my expectations. I am pleased to say I have found my forever PCP.

I love the fact the Dr.G Waters takes the time to listen to me.Then he will very clearly explain what he believes is going on and what his best plan is moving forward is ..

The staff are all very kind and helpful. I really appreciate the patience they have on the phone. Sometimes I need things explained a few times and I am grateful that there's no audible eye roll in their voice Lol.
Dr. Brent Waters is easy going and takes his time to hear what I have to say. I love the portal they have to communicate with the dr, and they get back to me quickly. There's very little wait time when I check in. And one of the biggest pluses for me is that the nurse who draws the blood gets it first time, every time, and pain free. I'm a really hard stick and have had others try several times to draw my blood and I leave with a big bruise and sore arm. Not so here. All in all is give them a 10 of I could.

I like the time he takes to listen. I like the total care he gives. He is kind. And he is as wonderful and great as his dad.

Dr Brent Waters and his team have taken care of my family, raised my kids and still caring for us in our older years.
His compassion and care mean more to us throughout these many years. We love and trust our Physician. How many people can say that? He was a huge inspiration to our son growing up which led to him becoming a Physician.
His leadership in training up and mentoring residents becoming Drs and his love and leadership for our community is what makes Blackshear a number 1 place to live and raise your children.
Dr Waters is ours to keep. He can never leave us!

They went out of their way to find a time for my appointment. They were ready for me, started right away, nurse did the basics and no more than when she completed the first part, the doctor comes in and goes over my test results, once given, he asks if there any questions that needs answered. Quite a good check up, felt good about the results and enjoyed my time in their office. Check out went smoothly and I have an appointment in six months.

I highly recommend Dr. Brent Waters. He and his nurse have made me feel at home each visit. I for my age have some very serious pain issues throughout my whole Lumbar Spine. He has always took care of me and made sure referrals went out to the correct places and quickly! Without him I would be in a mess and I can never thank him enough. Also, his front office staff and call center always get my messages back and are very friendly. Best PCP in my opinion and I don't say that lightly as I myself am in the medical Field!

You have the option to check in online. I used that option at my last visit. When I arrived at the office, all I had to do was to let them know that I had arrived. Short wait time. Friendly and professional staff.

The staff is very wonderful and Dr waters Is a good Christian knowledge doctor and me and my family loves him and will not trade him in for nothing in the world. His father also delivered my oldest son so they all awesome. Keep up the good work staff and doctor waters.

I would definitely recommend doctor Brent Waters if you need a family physician. They have always responded to my messages and have a good nursing staff. Doctor Waters is attentive and knowledgeable. He makes you feel not rushed and very comfortable.

Dr. Gordon Waters listens and is very attentive to any concerns and makes you feel comfortable. He is also very knowledgeable and he knows other very good doctors in other specialties to refer patients to if needed. I plan on keeping him as my primary care physician.
