Walmart Supercenter

Very nice and genuinely hard working, employees who by all aspects were helpful and really down to earth. The store was spotless had an awesome clearance section so was wishing I had money!!

Some workers are very friendly but you do catch ones that seem like they hate their job. Good prices and good for finding everything you need at one place

This Wal-Mart is definitely a super center! Lots of items on sale. Clean restrooms as well. Employees are nice and helpful. The plant center has lots of flowers right now. Also, did you know the return policy for plants at Walmart Supercenter is awesome. As long as you have your receipt you can return or exchange live plants for 365 days, even dead plants.

I love Walmart. I always find what I'm looking for with a great price. Also, the groceries have everything you can imagine their with great prices. Great store!❤

I ride a bicycle around town. I carry a backpack on me in order to carry groceries in different things in it to the house. I have one issue one time with them telling me to leave my bag up front. I don't see a stack of purses upfront. My backpack holds my medicine, my phone, my wallet, extra inner tubes for my bike and tools. It's basically my purse.
After shopping and going through self-checkout. I yelled to the lady 15 ft away from me. After paying for all my items. Now that you see I'm not trying to steal anything can I please have my bag back to pack it? Haven't had a problem since..

I only write good reviews for good customer service although the other workers were horrible ! I mean horrible ! There was one worker who went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me. Her name is Juanne. She was a very kind and pleasant lady with a vibrant, joyous spirit. She’s was a breath of fresh air in a toxic, dead environment she oozed life.I can tell the other employees were jealous of her because of her good work ethic and pleasant demeanor. She is proof that one bad apple (in this case *many* ) doesn’t necessarily spoil the bunch. Juanne is an example of that.If you need proof go to the Bogalusa Walmart and you will she is a shinning example of not letting others subpar work attitude stop her. One of the three bad apples (workers) literally, I mean literally ,acted as if she was going to help me by walking me to gather my item and didn’t. I turn my head for a spit second and she disappeared. She walked off ,never asked me to follow her or even had the decency to check and see if I was behind her. She was HIDING ! I know this because I later found her on the other side of the store. Why would she be in the grocery aisle when I ask for a bow tie? I ask Juanne and she helped me. She helped me not one but multiple times.She even walked me to each section of the store to help me gather my items since I’m not from the Bogalusa area or even state of Louisianan and I appreciate that. Never once did she flirt with me or become inappropriate. It’s sad I have to mention that but I do because she is a woman and I know being a woman comes with certain challenges. Accusations are the first thing mudslingers, haters and naysayers will do to discredit women like her. I fluent in reading body language and I noticed not once did Juanne become angry or irritated when I asked her for help She was in fact the opposite. She enjoyed helping me ! Juanne is her name. She is an kind ,middle aged ,white lady. And please don’t demonize me, for mentioning the fact that Juanne is white. Her race or complexion of her skin doesn’t matter. I’m just describing her features so all will know who I'm talking about. She loves her work even if it’s at Walmart. I won’t put the other bad apples names on this review site because I’m sure they all have families to feed and they all could be going through something or they simply just had a bad day.But I will acknowledge Juanne’s excellent customer service. If you reading this thank you Juanne. Keep being you, you never know who’s watching, you going places and when your other sorry coworkers try to tear you down remember this “You have a kind soul and good spirit and unfortunately that will be an irritation to others people’s demons. Pay close attention to who your energy increases or decreases around. That’s the Universe, God, Source, Holy spirit, or whatever name you feel comfortable calling it. I personally call it vibes and energy. Don’t and I’m sure you won’t let others drain you or bring you down. Keep fighting a good fight. Thank you Juanne.

Pull up service, delivery girl was very good & friendly. This time a young gentleman that delivered to the car, he was so sweet & quick with my order.

Great employees. Always willing to help. Online pickup is so convenient and quick. Best place to fill prescriptions also

Great place to shop. Always very nice people to greet you. If only prices were cheaper , I'd be there more lol. Really , I'd have more to spend.

Self checkout needs better care. I was accused of stealing items when some things weren't wrung upa and some were wrung extra. I did receive a refund and given the items that were purchased. While in the loss prevention office I offered to pay for the items that didn't scan and was told that wasn't a option. The police were called and I got a summons for court. I scanned every item at least I thought I did the machine beeped but I was unaware of what really happened until I got in the office

I like this store but sure do miss when the stores were open 24 hrs a day. Gotta Love Walmart! However, everybody WATCH when your in self checkout because I scan an item, and it beeped that it rung up but apparently it didn't, so of course the cashier was behind to correct the problem. I won't be self checking out again.

Just a little disappointed that I can never get my hands on any of those little fifty cent pecan pies anymore. I love those!! Other than that, everything is good!!

UPDATE: WITH PRICES GOING UP EVERYWHERE, SO DID THOSE LITTLE PIES. NOW THEY'RE. 74¢ EACH.

I like this store just not so much the location. Workers use to be a lot more useful and friendly. Now you have to hunt some one down to help you. Store is clean and the bathrooms are clean ☺. Door greeters are friendly. Cashier's seemed to be mad. Produce is good and looks good. I would give it a 6 out of 10 rating

Quick checkout plenty of close parking

Passing thru back to Mississippi and decided to check out their vinyl, man was I surprised, they had many albums discounted to sell and I mean to sell, most were around 15 to 20 dollars an album, and these albums sold for over 30 dollars each, they had a needtobreathe album for .75 cents and it was a Walmart exclusive color vinyl, didn't really want it but for .75 cents who cares. Store was clean, employees friendly.

Great sales and store was nice and clean. Also, checkouts were open and moving fairly quick.

Though the only Walmart close to us I do enjoy the atmosphere and friendly staff! But I must warn that anyone shopping here for perishables PLEASE check the expiration dates on every single item you pick up to purchase! I've had multiple conversations with Kevin the manager and corporate in Arkansas about the horrible on hand inventory vs actual on hand! I've taken several baskets full of expired items to the front and was treated as though i was the enemy! I have shopped for others for a living and it set in me a passion for all customers to not get expired products! Also to look at the online inventory on the app and it show an item in stock then get to the store and not even be able to find a location in the store for this item ask for help locating item and not even the store manager can give a good reason as to why the inventory is so far off! As I've recommended before make sure inventory is correct and in date and sales would be much better!
