MainStay Suites St. Robert - Fort Leonard Wood

The front staff are absolutely lovely! They were kind and very accommodating. My fiancé and I were passing thru with our Chow Chow and finding a spot to land that doesn’t cost and arm and a paw can be tough. I am so please I took a chance on this place! Rooms are clean and spacious and the breakfast is a lot more than you’d expect for a hotel at this price point.

Fantastic staff. Great breakfast. And clean. Given the current circumstances with the storm that knocked out my power. They have been very accommodating and helpful. Thanks for the hospitality ❤

Great place for the price! Beds were comfortable and the room had everything we needed! I would definitely stay there agin!!

We stayed here for a month and a half. The staff is amazing and made our stay so much better. Super friendly, fun, and always made time to talk and ask how we were. They were phenomenal with our dog as well. 100% recommend staying here.

Nice little hotel. Not fancy, but very clean and Alex at the front desk was fantastic! The tub was super clean and they even have a real bath mat for inside the tub. We have a small balcony patio that adds a nice touch. The bed was comfortable and there's a full kitchen with a full size refrigerator with an actual ice maker! There's dishes and silverware and cooking utensils. There's even a dishwasher! There's an iron & ironing board, a safe and a hair dryer. There are board games, cards, books and movies available from the front desk at no cost too! There's a DVD player in the room also. The only complaint I have is our room's door doesn't close easily so we had to slam it to close it and I'm sure it disturbed the other guests unfortunately. There's 24 hour coffee and a free breakfast in the morning. They had fruit, oatmeal, cereal, hard boiled eggs, bread products and waffles. There is also a small shop in the lobby where you can buy food to cook as well. All in all, we had a great stay and we would highly recommend.

Awesome place to stay! Very clean (and I check everything, and usually don’t feel comfortable in hotels...I was actually comfortable here!), SUPER nice staff (above and beyond!), free use of washer/dryer! Would definitely stay again! Great value, and the manager even upgraded our room for free because they saw we were traveling with kids and gave us a room with 2 beds instead of 1 bed/sofa bed. Even with Corona virus restrictions, continental breakfast was sufficient with fresh baked goods and ripe fruit. Thankful for a great place to stay!

I would recommend this hotel to anyone. There's a reason why the ratings are so high. I spent a little over three months here, and I was consistently treated with friendliness and respect by everyone. From the day before I arrived until the day I checked out the managers Belinda, Jo Ann, and Gilbert were accommodating on such a level that I have never experienced at any other hotel. Other employees such as Nick and Doug were always friendly and willing to strike up a conversation when time permitted. Joseph always made sure breakfast was out on time which was very helpful on early PT days. The room cleanliness was also excellent. I was always impressed with the amount of detail that Mary Ann put into the upkeep of my room. I will miss all the employees of this hotel as they made my three month stay away from my family much more enjoyable. The next time I come to Ft Leonard Wood I will definitely be staying here, and I will recommend it to all who pass through.

I always try to get a room here when I'm in the area. The staff is always cheerful and very helpful. The rooms are clean and cozy. They bed is comfortable and I am able to get a good night's sleep. I would recommend this hotel to everyone in need of a place to stay.

After a very long 26 hours driving from Arizona to Michigan we needed to stop and get some rest. We were roughly 10 miles away and started an online search for a decent room close by. Every hotel we called seem to be booked or just didn't answer. We called Mainstay Suites and they answered the phone quickly, got us booked with a room and wished us a safe travel to their hotel. We got in and the gentleman working the front desk was very polite and got us all settled to get some rest. The hotel room was gorgeous and served it's purpose for our overnight stay. We got up got ourselves a nice hot shower and were on our way. Mainstay won our vote for a room after answering promptly and being so kind to our family. Thanks for a great stay. Stayed in the hotel for one night. Slept great! Room was very quiet. I know there were other people close because I saw them in the hallway but I never heard them. Room was clean & the bed was comfy. Pool was clean & warm. Staff was very friendly & wonderful. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here for an extended stay during the Covid19 pandemic. I have to say, they made us feel very welcome, very comfortable, and highly accomodated. I did have to request that the AC be cleaned out several times to get rid of a smell. Even though the smell never dissipated, it was fortunate that we could open the windows, which our cats loved anyway. :) Despite the smell, staff were always friendly and easy to talk to which made my review 5 stars.
P.S. The staff absolutely love dogs and have treats for them!

We were only there one night while passing through, but it was a very pleasant experience. It's very clean, nice pool, very friendly and helpful staff, spacious room, very comfortable bed. We will definitely stay there again next time we travel that way.

It was a fantastic stay ! Best hotel ever! We had our dog Lexi with us. The clerk gave us the best room close to the exit door so we could take Lexi outside to do her business. We checked in around 10:30 p.m. Friday. Extremely quiet

We come to St. Robert three to four times a year. This hotel is by far the best in the area. The rooms are very clean, and the beds are super comfortable. We have stayed in nearly every hotel in St. Robert. They all had a same issue, the noise from the hall and the other rooms. We could to hear a sound in this hotel, and were able to get a peaceful night's sleep. You could not ask for more, especially for the awesome rates they have.

Our stay was unplanned. We were passing through with our dog, when we had mechanical issues that required us to stay over night. We called, and not only did they have a dog friendly room, but the room was really nice. My biggest concern once we booked our room was the wifi, as I had to work in the morning. The internet was great for work with no issues on video calls.

Long story short, as bad as our night was going, the stay at Mainstays made it an enjoyable trip.

The staff at this location is what every hotel should strive for! The owner is very lucky to have such an amazing and caring team! If i ever drive thru this way again i will only stay here. And pet friendly. Comfy beds clean rooms.

A simple, but very homey hotel just minutes away from Fort Leonard Wood. They offer pet-friendly rooms, continental breakfast and have a washer/dryer on premises. Coupled with a very generous military rate - I recommend them on these merits alone for service-members, but to be honest my favorite part of my stay was how friendly the staff and management were. Deserving of your patronage.

Matt greeted us and worked quickly to find a room to suit our needs. The room as spacious and clean. We took our kids to the pool. Matt made sure we had plenty of clean pool towels. Excellent and friendly service.

I reserved a room online the day before I needed it. The staff was friendly during all interactions, the room was the room I reserved, it was clean, check-in and out were both quick. No snags whatsoever.

The only "improvement" I can mention is the kitchen floor had the usual hotel stickiness to it. It's a common problem across the board with hotels and restaurants, though.
