Douglas arrived in a timely manner, took pictures and told me he would have my trailer tire changed in 30 minutes. Douglas did everything he said he would. Highly recommended. Give that man a raise and don't let him leave the company. 5 stars.

First and Foremost, I am not a "Professional Truck Driver".
I do drive around 85 to 150 miles a day in the city. Dallas-Fort Worth area, in sometimes dense traffic, usually in a Chevy 2500 van.
I purchased two International 4300 bucket trucks on the Illinois/Wisconsin border, and I had to get them back to Texas.
A friend went up there with me, to drive the 2nd truck, and just before Doolittle, MO, I looked back, and he was blowing smoke. We pulled over on mile marker 179 into Doolittle, and no smoke, so I followed him, and sure enough, more smoke. We exited at mile marker 172 (bad idea) and took the very uphill service road, and eventually landed at the Boss Shop parking lot. After I dug into the engine, it turned out to be a snapped off oil filler tube. In a quick conversation, and a request if they had a welder, they were very helpful, and I was on my way with little down time. It really helps to be nice to the people that are helping you, as they will be nice to you in return, and on that, I purchased more oil from them to refill the block. Luckily, it was caught in time, and not too low.

I was driving from Arizona to the east coast. Stayed at the Day’s Inn in St. Roberts and woke up to a soft tire that had caught a nail. AAA sent out a nice man who filled my tire and had me follow him to Boss Shop. He told the man at the desk my situation, and I had my tire repaired and was back on the road in under 2 hours.
Really nice, professional group of people. I was thinking it would be an expensive experience, but the price was more than fair.
As a female traveling alone, I appreciate places like Boss Shop where I felt safe and was treated both respectfully and kindly. It is never fun to have vehicle problems on a road trip, but places like Boss Shop make the problems just a minor inconvenience.

We came outta Oklahoma during a snow strom,transmission lines froze and we had to get towed in here. Well these guys were on it. We honestly thought we needed a transmission.They had the software for a Paccar and on top of Tiffany being the nicest person ever,They even gave us a ride to the hotel and picked us up when truck was ready. I hope I don't breakdown again,but if so I'd be more than willing to get my truck taken care of here. Thanks the whole team! You guys really made a bad situation as best for us drivers possible...if I could leave 10 stars I would

I have so much respect for Jesse and Peyton, they were absolutely fantastic with their customer service skills, empathetic to my situation, professional, and pragmatically helpful.

I was driving family to Oklahoma from Pennsylvania for the Grands bmx race, had no idea about the area, I hydroplaned and wound up with a flat tire. They fixed the tire at an outstandingly fair price! They did this in such a timely fashion I am just absolutely thrilled I had the pleasure of meeting them! They checked over my trailer tire, and gave me advice on what to do in an absolutely dreadful situation! I would recommend these guys for any job because they are competent and confident in what they do, they even reassured and gave encouragement to the kids!!!! Hey we all are gonna be faced with dilemmas, we nearly perished in an accident and life is just to precious. Peyton and Jesse really showed compassion and desire to help and make everything right, and this really displays incredible character through action!

Thank you cats, for paying it forward, I will never forget this and it was just such a powerful guesture.

Called Boss shop for repair on a trailer that needed a new brake hose. They came out in about 60 min which is really good. Job was completed and amount was very fair. Thank you!

you can go to!!! The mechanics there are great! Josh and james are really friendly if they cant fix it no one can !!! They go beyond what there suppose to!! And Tamara she is a great person!!! And friendly but stern she is the fastest person on the counter and does really good at it dont under estimate a women cause she can prove you wrong!! And mark good job for everything you do man!! I came in for headlights not functioning and Will the mechanic went above and beyond mot just with the headlights but noticed a few other things on my trailer and got me dot compliant out the door in less than 3 hours. Somebody get him a raise!!!

Can not thank you guys enough for your kindness yesterday! You guys were the only ones that even cared to try and help. The only ones that would not leave a mother and her 3 kids stranded.
