The Patient Care Coordinator at Access Health, Washington Parish really does care. Brittany went above and beyond following up on a gyn appointment to see if I was able to get it scheduled. I thought that was thoughtful and told her the truth.😒
I am notorious for dodging gyn appointments. I prefer to wear clothes. She totally understood and I appreciated that. She has motivated me to schedule the appointment I dread. She was also extremely helpful with questions I had about insurance which gave me a boost of confidence in the decisions I made.
I do have to add that Brittany has the patience of a Saint. I am trapped in an ongoing nightmare and I needed to talk to a real person that was not myself. She was an excellent at multi tasking.
My PCP was transferred from Access Health, Slidell to Bogalousa 50 miles away. I was so happy I could still have her as my PCP. Doctor Love-Grove MD is the best Doctor I have ever had. Her Google Maps review is under her name and the review was done by me.

Terrible clinic, the stuff is not helpful. The physician does not have about patient needs. Will never go back to this establishment again. Pointless
