Evan took such great care of my Subaru! Moving here and not having a mechanic left me worried, because not all mechanics are trustworthy but he is and he didn’t rip me off! He found and diagnosed the issue did a phenomenal repair and sent me off with what I needed to have a safe ride for my son and I! Got my Jeep regeared to accommodate the bigger tires put on it. Staff was extremely professional and very affordable for the quality of work they did. Will most definitely be coming back for any future work I can’t do myself

Loved them. Professional and friendly. While being attentive to costs of repairs. I received a couple of calls regarding progress and the cost of repairs to ensure I was aware of the needed work. They took the time to talk with me, explaining in detail what was and what was recommended.
Easy to get to. Easy and flat entrance. They have a handicap parking spot. Parking was ok, a little tight, but they are busy with customers. The office area is clean and warm with friendly office staff.

We all know during the holidays it's absolutely the worst time for car issues.Two days before Thanksgiving and everyone starts closing down shops for the holiday my drive shaft goes out Kapoot go figure. So thinking all is lost till after the weekend. I'm here to tell you that's not true calling up Action Automotive they were here to the rescue. The lady at the front desk suggested tow hauling places and a breakdown of the process to take in my vehicle. They were up front with everything, honest with when they would get to seeing my car. They actually bumped me a day before hand to get it completed today Monday. I have nothing but the best things to say about the company. Fast and efficient and very reasonable with the cost as well. In addition they had recommended additional service for my vehicle at a later point in time. So please everyone for your vehicle needs pursue this company and you won't be disappointed. My parents were very happy with their experience here. Friendly and professional staff. Repairs were quoted fairly, due to it being a short visit and the holiday delaying shipment they were unable wait to rectify the issue here but they still took the time to look up places with items in stock and made an appointment for them to go and get it fixed sooner. We really appreciate all the help and would definitely recommend to others.

So honest the most important quality and great prices. Went in because I was going down the hill and I had some shaking got new rotors and brake pads and new front shocks or struts my stride turns out it was bent after he replaced it my wheel isn’t perfectly straight when my tires are actually straight it needs an alignment he could’ve lied to me and told me that it’s going to damage my new tires he didn’t he was honest and told me it’s just the wheel. And that gives me more time to think about the alignment. Also saw me walking to the shop and Health picked me up so nice the owner is great the front of the house staff is great too highly recommended they have a great score for a reason come to the shop.

I highly recommend this auto repair business. Evan and staff were very friendly and helpful. Although he couldn't totally correct our problem. He worked very hard trying. It was something that could only be done at a Ford shop . He was able to get it fixed so we could get back to our home state 8hrs away. He was very honest with us and didn't charge a arm and leg because we were from out of state. He would be my first choice if I lived in that area

I took my vehicle to Action Automotive and I was instantly greeted by friendly staff members and the cutest baby ever. They got me in immediately and told me exactly what was wrong with my car and told me the truth also They explained the situation to me in a way that I understood. I will only bring my cars to them for honest and quality work!

I've brought a few of my vehicles to Action Automotive for various services (ball joints, brakes, unknown trans noise). Each time, I'm greeted by friendly, happy employees, and almost always come away with bill far lower than expected.

I'm a competent and capable shadetree mechanic, having complete numerous engine and axle swaps, but often I simply lack the time to do my own work. I have no reservations about taking my vehicles to Action Automotive for general repairs and work.

Action Automotive helped me get my kitten out from under my dash. They took me without an appointment and helped me within 30 seconds of arriving. They saved my kitten and did an awesome job!

My rear end, axel, differential, whatever it's called, it went out in my 05 Sierra and they had it repaired and back to me in less time than other shops. They quoted me a number and came in 15% lower on the bill. The truck runs soooo good, so far. I'll do a follow up in a 1000 miles or so. Customer service was great, too!

They were very reasonably priced cheapest around for an alignment

Due to circumstances we had to have the gas tank drained. We were given Action Automotive to do the job. The Honda CRV was towed to the shop that night. We are an older couple traveling home to Texas. Evan York put our car before all others so we could get home. It was ready in 3 hrs.They saved us a $5,000 engine replacement. Thanks to this wonderful crew we back home late that night. Thanks to the nice office crew kept us informed along the way.

I've taken my husband's pickup truck there twice now. First time they fixed the pigtail and charged a very reasonable price. Second time they checked the steering as it is a bit sloppy. They found nothing loose or broken and told me they didn't want to fix something just to charge me when it wasn't needed. On top of that, they didn't charge me to take a look at it. It's hard to find honest people like this. I will go to them for all my mechanical needs for both vehicles.

Great shop, very fair price for the work done on my car. Nice folks, would recommend to anyone. They were kind enough to stay late to accommodate my schedule.

Action did the rear brakes on our Ford Escape today. They did an outstanding job as usual. I highly recommend Action. Thank you ! ! !

Took the pickup in to have the pigtail (plug for towing) fixed. They were pretty booked up so we arranged to drop the truck off the night before the day they could get to it. They got it done the day we were promised and the cost was really reasonable. We were very pleased with the cost and the service. Will go there again when needed.
