I want to shout out to the Automotive Department. I had a flat tire while traveling back home to Biloxi New Years Eve night. I stopped in and all of the associates were amazing they brought my car in and after checking my tire it could not be repaired so they took everything out of my trunk (loaded with luggage and Christmas gifts) put my donut on then wrapped my tire in plastic and put it and everything back into the trunk. They did not charge me anything and made sure I was set to get back on my way home. They were great Kavi the gentleman at the desk and Mike the gentleman that changed my tire. There was another young man that I did not get his name but all 3 of them treated me with respect and went above and beyond to help me and my 2 grandsons to get us back on our way.

Speaking for truck drivers everywhere looking for a place to park at the end of the day…thank you for your generosity/tolerance in allowing us to park on the far end of your lot. It is deeply appreciated.

Great selection of seasonings. The cases were cool. Although they should be ashamed of the tiny cabbage.

Bought Walmart plug-ins. Bad decision 😪!!! You can't smell anything at all. So don't waist ur money on them.

One of the better walmarts. Always clean, stocked well. Fresh veggies. Friendly staff. Parking isn't bad either.

I love Walmart at Pearl but I do hate that it closes so early. Some of us work 3 jobs and can’t get off until 10:30 which makes it impossible to get what I need after work

Pick up order! Love the staff at this Byram location they are always so friendly and helpful with my pickup orders and any question I might have about it. Best place to go, pick up, if you don't want to stand in line and you want great service!

Awesome store to visit for truckers, if you need some groceries or other personal items you use in your daily life on the road. This is one of the best stores out there, plus you can park for the night too. Thanks Wal-Mart

Had an issue with a tpms sensor on a tire that Hyundai was going to charge $200+ for even though my car was still under warranty. Went to Walmart, they couldn’t program it, so they put in a new sensor for a fraction of the cost and were so incredibly nice. 10-10 recommend!

I had an amazing experience at the auto care center on what could have been a terrible day for me. I received empathy and kindness from the employees in the auto care center after having the Jiffy Lube right around the corner tell me they didn't trust I wasn't lying and would not take the risk to help me.
Here is what happened- my husband, my 4 year old daughter, and myself were traveling from Dallas to basically Tallahassee - 13.5 hour drive in total - for Thanksgiving. We had gotten a couple heat warnings on my husband's car along the way. We stopped with each warning and checked fluids to be sure nothing was low. My husband made the mistake of putting too much oil in thinking it was low. So the engine was over-pressurized, shooting white-blue smoke and oil from the exhaust. We stopped immediately and spent a night in a hotel as this happened at about 10 pm and nothing was open. I pulled it over to Jiffy Lube ensuring to keep it in EV mode the whole time (it is a hybrid) so I was not putting strain on the engine. I asked if they could just drain the overage and make sure the pressure was where it needed to be. They turned me away. Told me that I was a liability they weren't willing to risk - even when I told them I would write up a waiver of liability close to tears thinking I was going to be stuck halfway between home and our destination. They told me to take it to some shop 4 miles down the road (which would have damaged the engine itself). Instead I chose to go to the auto care center in the Walmart store they shared a parking lot with. I pulled in and was met with a kind face that could see the stress in my face - I wish I had gotten his name so I could rave about him specifically- and he asked what was going on and what needed to be done. I explained the above and this blessing of a human said "I got you - we will get you fixed up and out of here asap to get back on the road as soon as possible." This alone had me so happy I could cry but I held it together. They took care of draining the excess oil in the engine and came and got me from the waiting room so I could head out. I asked confused what I owed him and he said nothing- that he didn't do an oil change, he didn't do anything other than drain oil and that's not something they charge for. At this point I was tearing up, profusely thanking this beautiful soul for being a life saver, telling him God bless (not something I do ever), and wishing the man a happy Thanksgiving and a blessed Christmas season. I have never received this level of kindness anywhere so to get it the day I needed it the most was impactful and I will likely never forget that man who saved my behind in an unfamiliar city, in a state 6 hours from home, just because he is that kind soul that helps when he can. If he happens to be reading this and remembers me I would love to send him a thank you card of some sort.

The visit was nice n everyone was nice Dr Wiley was very nice and explained my eye condition well I enjoyed my visit

Love this store. They have plenty of products in hand and checking out is easy. Way better than the Pearl,MS. store.

Even though we all know that Walmart doesn't pay their staff very well, but these folks are always kind and helpful. I wish we were allowed to tip them.
