Seller beware! They had no money for seller on closing day. Don't ever sign documents unless money is in hand! Equity Pros is a no go!

No calls or replies back for days on end, they will call at 345 wanting something by 4pm. Place is very unprofessional, would not reccomend as a closing attorney!

They don’t respond to Email, they don’t return phone calls. The bank had to send the payoff two times at least. They drag their feet and left us hanging for over a week. It make you real nervous when someone is holding up that kind of money for you.

We’ve been waiting for a week now for closing documents. No one answers the phone here and voicemails are full. Talk about a “no service” company….this is it!
