James Creek Cider House

We’ve been visiting James Creek since we moved to the area almost two years ago. Music Bingo on Thursday’s is a must for us plus frequent visits for the delicious food trucks & to try the seasonal ciders (or stock up on our favorites!) but truly the best part of James Creek is the people. We love the bartenders - Jackie & Lauren keep us coming back week after week!

This made me so excited!!!! We recently tried @jamescreekciderhouse at a town festival and found out they have an on-site location. It was raining pretty good today but we needed something to do. This place is amazing. GREAT slushies and tasty cider. Snd the grounds are so charming and adorable. We even brought home some local peaches which is fun. The worker gave even gave me a pour tour book so I can get to know the local nearby breweries. Can’t wait to go back. I also share their values from what I see and it’s so refreshing especially in this area. Kudos!

We went here as part of the beer passport and wine passport tours. They don't have beer and they don't have wine. However, they do brew their own hard cider. I guess the tourism bureau couldn't figure out which category to put them under but did want to include them because they do bottle their products here. Best bet is to get a flight of their top 4 ciders and make your choice from that. It's a large place with lots of tables inside and out, and while it was quiet when we were there on an early weekday afternoon, they said it gets busy on weekends.

This place is a true gem of North Carolina! First, you won't find better cider anywhere and I will argue that to my last breath. So many varieties to choose from both regularly and seasonally that every person can find something they like. They've found the magic recipe in their cider making! I love that they partner with local food trucks to come out and provide such a variety of foods as well.

My favorite thing about James Creak are the people. This is a place that will remember who you are and what you like. Each visit I'm greeted by Jackie and Lauren with such happiness. Sometimes I just come to watch them excel behind the bar and amongst the patrons (while enjoying a glass or bottle). They make this place so special. It's always fun and they are also really knowledgeable about what they do. I would trust any recommendation from either.

I will be a patron here as long as the doors are open and Jackie and Lauren are there to greet me!

Saying I LOVE this place just isn't enough! The staff is super friendly, efficient, and very personable! They quickly remember your name, your face, and make you feel like family. Music Bingo on Thursdays is where it's at and they always try to have food trucks! And let's not forget their selection of delicious ciders on tap and in bottles. If you haven't checked James Creek out yet, it's a must! Definitely a hidden gem!

Had a great experience here playing music bingo! The drinks were good and affordable, and the food truck service was quick. I appreciated that they had both indoor and outdoor seating available, as well as guest WiFi.

The service and atmosphere here is wonderful!! This is a GREAT spot for group gatherings, and I love the fact that you can bring your furbabies along to join in on the fun!

My wife and I took the drive to the cider house. We each got a different one she had the peach I had the mighty hunter hoped cider. I'm not a big fan of ciders in general but it wasn't bad. The wife loved hers. The place is nice and the staff helpful and friendly. They have a few events coming up that may bring us back sooner than later.

We had an awesome time! Selected two flights, a frozen cider and had awesome tacos from the food truck that was serving on-site. The prices are perfect, and it is an easy drive from the Triangle. Plenty of room to spread out and relax.

The hosts were super friendly and, importantly, other patrons were respectful and courteous.

My favorite place for drinks and food trucks and most importantly the crew that works here. We come for the tasty cider and stay for the awesome company. The bartenders make you feel like family; whether playing music bingo, hosting musical guests, or just pouring drinks and chatting with the regulars. The food trucks rotate nightly to keep it versatile and satisfying! And if you’re not too hungry, indulge in a charcuterie platter or local butterscotch cookies. Winter is cozy inside or enjoy the warm summer nights overlooking the apple farm. So fortunate to have found this place and the awesome staff. It is something special to find a good “watering hole”, but it is truly amazing to find our own local “Cheers” like establishment. Nothing like walking in and being welcomed by Lauren, Jackie and the crew here at JCCH by name. Worth the drive!!

We LOVE Jackie and Lauren! They make the Cider house what it is- fun! I don't think many people would go in there if wasn't for them. Give these chicas a raise! Keep rocking it in 2024 girls! Just a tip to the owners if they read this- y'all should collaborate with the local breweries, wineries and get that place some more business! We love our little Cameron town but it could use some sprucing up 💕

Their beverages, food trucks and musicians are always changing. The good vibes, helpful staff and delicious ciders are consistently great. What more could you ask for? Love being able to just chill outside under the shade - especially now with a hint of Fall in the air!!

First time there, my wife's friend invited us. Very cool atmosphere. Great bands played 60s 70s 80s. Food truck there so good.

James Creek Cider House was wonderful! The service was great with helpful and kind servers. The property is lovely to enjoy some cider outside. I recommend the Mighty Hunter, the Big Dipper, or the Gemini. If I'm back in town, I would definitely return!

Lauren, Jackie, Tristan and all the staff are absolutely amazing! We
are there once or twice a week and have never had a bad experience! Highly recommend James Creek for a relaxing enjoyable experience!

Such a great atmosphere and selection of different ciders. This was our second time here and we love it! It’s nice when they have food trucks out as well. The staff, at times, seem to get a little impatient and maybe a tad bit of rudeness comes out, but it all in all, we really like this place and would recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good cider.

James Creek is the venue we used for my retirement party and we couldn’t have been happier with our experience! Great drinks, service and loved that we could hire our own local food truck since one was not on the schedule. The very chill environment was perfect for our party. One of my favorite places in Cameron. Matter of fact, my absolute favorite. The atmosphere, the ciders, and the employees (Jackie and Lauren are pure sunshine) make for an amazing experience.

First time stopping in today and wow! Boyfriend and I were blown away. Awesome vibes, delicious cider choices, excellent service, and laid-back atmosphere. The live music was so good, and the farmers market was small but still worth checking out. Dog and kid friendly and just a great place to relax and hang out outside city limits. We will definitely be back.
