Yearling RV Park

We have traveled with my husbands work all over the US and stayed at many RV parks, this is by far one of the best. I can’t believe anyone would even complain about this park. It’s very clean, well kept, and peaceful, the owners and Roni, the manager, are all super sweet and easy to deal with. The laundry is very well kept and the rent is extremely affordable. The road is dirt from the highway to the park, and although it’s dusty, it’s maintained well. As far as the rules go, all RV parks have rules, if they didn’t then they would end up like several of the RV parks around that area. Thank you all so much for the pleasant stay!!!

The nicest people you could ever hope to meet. The park is kept extremely clean, it's quiet and peaceful. The only rv park I've ever seen that has storm shelters, 3 of them. You can get mail delivered as well as Amazon goods. If your going to work at the Sooner Power Plant, it's an easy 5 minute drive. I would recommend this park to anyone working in the area, or wanting to go to a nearby casino

The staff are very pleasant to deal with and the owner goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable. The facilities are clean and orderly, the grounds are well kept and the outdoor pavilion and play ground for the children are safe. I'd recommend this RV park over any other in the area.

We were at the site for almost a year. Never had any issues. Owner and Park Manager are great to work with. Sites are level and spaced out to give you plenty of room. It is a very nice park in the country. It is very quiet and peaceful. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice park, clean and very well kept situated conveniently between Ponca City and Stillwater. Gas station/fast food/casino combo and larger casino within two miles of park. Reasonably priced consistent with accommodations. Good water pressure. Level rock parking pads with ample space between sites and parking space for two vehicles. Strict rules and security cameras which I appreciate, makes for orderly and Safe environment. There is some shade for mornings and evenings depending on where parked. Pet friendly, with some breed restrictions. It is family oriented with playground, horseshoes, sand box, and basketball pad. So, keep in mind, there are children which presented no issues or concerns during our stay. We love children, so we are very tolerant. Nice sized covered barbecue pavilion for small group; grills and smoker provided. No pool, no public restroom/shower, but nice laundromat. Wifi worked well. Three storm shelters available to accommodate all residents. One mile off main road so it remains peaceful, but it is a dusty white rock road. Management on site. Management and owner were very respectful, helpful and accommodating. They do accept mail and package deliveries in the office. Residents were friendly and unobtrusive (even the children). Overall, We enjoyed our stay and will return as needed since we travel frequently due to husband's job. They do have waiting list, so plan ahead.

LOVE this rv park! Stayed there for 7 months. So quiet, peaceful, and very well maintained. On-site laundry, Wi-Fi worked well, nice pavilion, and playground. Bonus.....2 storm shelters!! I've read some negative comments about the rules. Of course, there's going be rules. They're not unreasonable. Unless you're just the type of person who thinks rules shouldn't apply to YOU. Their rules are for the good of the park and the people staying there. Steve and Janet, the owners, take great pride in their park and work hard to make everyone's stay enjoyable. They are genuinely GREAT people!! I highly recommend Yearling RV park. If ever in the area again, this is where I'll want to stay. Thank you Steve and Janet! Appreciate you both!!

This is one of those RV parks that is quiet very clean and a place you can call home. The owners are very, very nice. The price is very reasonable. There are laundry facilities , grills for cooking even a smoker too. A nice little playground for the kids, free internet and a place for you to mail letters or packages. Lots of security cameras. We have stayed here a couple of times and love it.The location is very nice you are just minutes from Ponca city or Stillwater OK. There is a gas station with a small restaurant inside just a mile and half down the road. We will be staying here when we come to Oklahoma. Thank you

Beautiful area, the air is fresh and the RV sites are extremely nice and spacious, we are so glad this RV Park has rules and this is a extremely well groomed and secure, protected RV Park we are well pleased in our decision to stay and looking forward to months coming our way . Candi was so poilte and helpful , made us feel welcome , Mr Yearling welcomed us with total respect & courtesy and we so appreciate the time he spent with us . We are so pleased to know this RV PARK has rules and it should it's how one knows that you're at a " Great RV Park " keep up the great job thanks to all .

If your Looking for a Nice Rv Park this one is for you .. Beautiful Green Grass , Playground for the Kids , Volleyball area , Horse Shoe , Basketball , Tetherball , and a Real Nice covered Pavillion.. Spacious Gravel Lots to Park Rv .. Pet Friendly , Leash on Pets outside of Course. Quiet Park . Mr. Steve is a Sweetheart . Manager Ms. Roni lives on Site. Laundry Room has 2 washers and 2 dryers .. Most Importantly there is Storm Shelters for your Safety from Storms .. And if your a Gambler there is a Casino a Mile Away .. I Highly Recommend this Park if your looking for a Place to Park that is A Great Price .. Ponca City , OK is only 15 Miles away

It's so Peaceful and you have Full Hookups as well as Storm Shelters.
My wife and I love it so much that we plan on making this a home base.
Also you have Access to a Laundry Room and can Receive your Mail and even packages from UPS or FedEx here.

We have been renting space here a year and have absolutely no complaints. It is clean and well maintained. Has washer and dryer in the office building. The rates compare favorably with other rv camps. We find it a quiet and homey place to stay.

Owner is friendly and has it figured out for sure! I'd recommend it and would stay again without hesitation. I have nothing but good to say about Roni, the young lady who runs the park. No complaints!! I'll be a return customer.

Very nice park, new and clean. Owner was very accommodating. Nice people! Worth the drive!

Only been there once, but it appears to be neat, clean, and quite mobile home park.

Easy access, good folks.
