Raymond Gary State Park

This is a hidden gem! Great park rangers, great scenery, even electricity at some of the tent sites! This is comparable to Lake Murray but smaller. Recommended!

Love how peaceful it is at the lake, not crowded like most lakes. Not a big lake but perfect for kayaking!

Hidden gem. Not a rec lake for big boats, but a perfect camp n fish getaway. Well taken care of. Excellent rv spots, tent camping, and nice cabins.

This is a Good place to take your boat out and Fishing and Swimming and renting Cabins and you can Bring your bike and skateboard and they got swing sets and slide I want Camping there Last year I am going again this year

We had a great weekend. Campsite 18 which is across street from lake. Great view. Verizon wireless had 3 bars but could not deliver 1 meg bandwidth. ATT was better friendly staff. Very helpful. Don't bother hauling firewood. Talk to park staff they sell wood. Do this to prevent spread of wood destroying insects.

Sigh, finally a park left CLEAN and pristine by its followers. It's a remote beautiful gem that sums up the majesty of southern Oklahoma in a few square miles. Go here and get lost in nature!

Beautiful Park, Peaceful & Quiet. We had a wonderful time. Neighbors were all so friendly and the Park staff (Jeremy) was wonderful and made sure our stay was Top Notch. Will definitely come back here!

I have been going to this lake since I was a baby so thats 46 yesrs. Its very clean and I still love going to this day. Great little cabins to rent and the fishing is also great!

We had a truly magical weekend at Raymond Gary state Park...while on the smaller side, this provides tremendous benefit in being so peaceful and serene.

The cabins were clean, perfect for what we needed and warm and cozy

I really like this park. It is small but that also means less people so it's quiet and peaceful. Concrete RV sites and some on the lower lakeside area are pull thru and all there have a wonderful view of the lake. We caught Crappie, bass and sunfish from the shore. Lots of wonderful wildflowers. Families of Canadian geese that were fun to watch. There are no trails but the roads thru the park provide good views. This park is clean, well maintained. Rangers Bruce and Gino do a fantastic job. They are personable and take pride in their work.

Great little State Park. Very peaceful and quiet. Got a site with great view of the lake. Just a walk away for taking a lawn chair with my rod & reel. Enjoyed watching a small flock Canadian geese walking by my campsite this morning. Bathrooms are a little older but very clean and accommodating. All the RV sites seem to be on nice level concrete pads. Both park rangers, John and Russ are very nice and helpful. They personify a genuine "Mayberry" hospitality here! I just found out about this park recently and definitely plan on returning soon. Though not real fancy or elaborate, but because of the staff and relaxing atmosphere I give this great little humble abode Five Stars!

We love this place.? Its quaint, quiet and beautiful. Of course if you haven’t met Johnny and Russ you are in for a Hooten Nanny Trip. THEY MAKE THAT PLACE. Best park Rangers ever. You will feel like family when you leave and wont be able to wait to go back!

This is a beautiful park. We RV'd lake side it was an awesome view.

One of my favorite places on Earth I have been there hundred of times and will continue to visit the Park until I can't.

Great fishing. The cabins are awesome and the wildlife was better than expected. Very clean and well kept restrooms and the Park Rangers are gentleman in the grandest sense. Two thumbs up!
