My husband & I were given a large amount of brand new carpet that was removed from a trailer. We needed a quote for laying this carpet from a carpet company, & had no idea where to start!. On June14 & 16, 2023, We contacted Carpet Direct, & our 1st meet & greet person was Jessie Blake. From our 1st initial visit, we had a great feeling & were very impressed with Jessie's pleasant respectful presentation. He shared helpful information & settled all our concerns. Jessie had quite the knowledge base, along with the attitude of attentiveness that won us over quickly. Jessie personally arrived to our home, completed the quotes very timely. Again gave us very detailed explanations on how the process from quotes to installation etc. Would occur. Installers then took over. Arrived early on July 17, completed in 12 hrs. They Never stopped for breaks or lunch the entire time, that was impressive. The project consisted of installing our used carpet & new carpet for 4 rooms, a hallway, & 4 closets. After they left, during our inspecting the work completed a 2nd time, we found: several places in the closets that would need to be stretched to reach the corners. The installers failed to communicate to us & Jessie regarding issues with the amount of carpet ordered. The installers chose to finish the project in their best way. We also, noticed that the toilet tank had a large crack that they tried to seal with a white substance & Failed to tell us that occurred while laying the carpet. It was leaking onto the new carpet. We notified both the installers first, & then contacted Jessie. Responses from both occurred immediately. Installers set up a time, came to repair our found concerns, took on the responsibility for the cracked tank, paid for a new toilet, set it in place, & did a great job. Though the project was completed, Jessie continued to contact us, & made a final visit to perform his own inspection. That meant a lot!! Said a lot about his devotion to his customers & his company's reputation. We feel you will be glad you chose Carpet Direct because they want to make sure you are 100% satisfied. The only negative was the lack of communication between the installers & Jessie. We still found out quickly that repairing the 'found concerns' was both their goals. Ask for Jessie, he treated this carpet job as if it would be for himself or his own family. We met others there at the business site, all were very friendly & helpful. Again, ask for Jessie, if he himself can't help you that same day, he will find a coworker who will see you through your project.!

They are my go to flooring installers in the OKC area and I recommend they be your first call for any flooring needs.

Man they did a great job. We replaced all our floors. Wood and tile throughout. Carpet in bedrooms. I really liked the subs chosen. They did an excellent job and didn’t cut corners.

I bought good quality and prices were competitive or lower than other bids.

Very best carpet and tile place ive ever used. We had to have emergency flooring. They literally brought samples to my door and made the process so smooth and easy and timely. Will never use anyone else andnmy floor is gorgeous.

We could not be happier! We bought carpet for our nursery and master and it is FANTASTIC! Incredible quality, great look, unbeatable price! We will never use another company again.

Paid and ordered carpet. The process was quick and easy for the most part. Installer came out and got it done quickly. However I did receive the color I chose, I did not receive the thickness of the carpet I wanted. Everywhere I have looked I have always looked and wanted the thicker version of a carpet. Hence I thought that was what I ordered. I was not present for install so the person I had waiting to let them in did not know the specifics. But then again I did not think there would be issues either with how smooth everything else has been in the process.

Now I have received carpet to be paper thin feeling under my feet. And I am sure I did not order the thinnest carpet available. However the method to pay my invoice, I do not have any specifics laid out on it to refute or review the version of thickness ordered.
My fault for not repeatedly asking what thickness is being ordered. But not happy with what has been received and perceived. As now I have to live with carpet and feel under my feet that I do not enjoy until I can recoup the costs enough to replace the carpet AGAIN. This company is not doing anything at all to try to compromise a solution or anything, I am just stuck with it.

Use anybody but these Carpet Direct guys! Terrible customer service! We were suppose to get our cracked tile replaced and never could get ahold of them! They finally came out to look at it but said they need to “order more tile”. Here it is a month later and can’t get ahold of them! Finally got ahold of Rusty, and he said he will no longer work on the tile for our house. It’s in our contract for our new house to fix our broken tile. They don’t care about your customer needs! Rusty could care less about your needs as a customer. Literally just there to scam you into buying their cheap quality tile and getting your money then they could care less! Seriously, go to a different carpet/tile distributor!
