Ponca Indian Nazarene Church

Grandpa Louis Headman has been an anchor in the lives of thousands people that spans sixty years of service to the almighty. He has been a integral part in keeping the Ponca foundation intact through his tireless efforts to provide a message of morality thru sermon every Sunday or his endeavors to establish the first written dictionary of the Ponca Language. I’ve carried his messages with me to the four corners of this great country in times when my soul was burdened and suffering. And I remember those messages at the times of birth and great joy. I’ve relied on those stories and impactful conversations and good memories all about my days. I did not always get the answers I was seeking however to which his direction was I needed to be patient and go find them myself in time. I am incredibly fortunate to have had someone to share my thoughts and my journey.
