Front desk people are friendly and help out. I see them always busy and taking care of alot of family's. The Doctors are great and make sure you are taken care of. All labs are done in the building. The wait time can be long if you walk in with out a appointment but if you want to see the best doctors in town it's worth the wait.

it's sad to see all the bad reviews because I have been there a few times my son also and have always received great service. Everyone was nice and very knowledgeable
Specialist they have there are awesome. Sometimes the wait can be a little lengthy but the Doctors are worth seeing.

This is one the the best clinics around. The providers are caring and go above and beyond. They will stay til 7-8 pm to make sure that all patients are seen. They go above and beyond in every aspect

The Hugo Medical Clinic has slow service & sign in & wait line. May be there for hours before you're seen. Get there @ 8 am & may be there till 3:00pm or longer.

Here a town as small as Hugo, it is a great thing.. The clinic may need new paint, but there are good doctors and dedicated staff that are always happy to help you. Hugo is lucky to have this clinic.

Went here with expectations I was going to get in and out for a 30 minute. DOT Exam wound up taking over 2 hours not happy.... I see a lot of the reviews are complaints about time taking too long... although I'm not happy about the amount of time I spent there all the staff, receptionist, nurses , even the doctor all were very kind and polite

Took my wife to the dentist here to start her Dentures. Took about 30 minutes for #-rays. Hopefully she'll get her approval.
