We ordered 2 different entrees for dinner. Full house. The service was immeasurably better than I've seen there. Food has been wonderful for years. If you know, eat the roll first! Even without butter, it's the best roll. Ever.

Waited for 45 minutes to receive our food first of all. Then my son had hair in his food. The staff is polite but the wait time and the fact of having someone else’s hair in our food is ridiculous.

If you come here and get Nikki as your server I suggest you ask for a different one. Server didn’t read our order back and got it wrong. Never came back to the table after she dropped off drinks. Talked to the manager and she was just a bad. Didn’t care that our service/food was terrible. Half of our order never came out. Asked for a cheeseburger and received a piece of cheese on a plate. They attempted to still charge us for the food we NEVER received. Worst service I have ever experienced in my life. We come here once a week and our service has never been this bad. No one offered anything or even an apology for our terrible experience. We weren’t looking for hand outs but an apology would have been nice.

Waited and hour half for a table had to ask 3 times to get drink refills and when we got our dinners which was 4 steak meals the steaks were over cooked and the food was all cold from the steaks to the broccoli and baked potato instead of offering to remake it the manager wanted to comp our meal and give us a card to leave a review for her boss this place did not live up to expectations wont recommend it to anyone

Piss poor from the hostess never at her station, to waiting 10 minutes for a drink then nobody is around to give you a check when your done
