Great car selection good prices and honest sales people. Will give you a good fair trade in dollar for your car sometimes a little more fair to get your business. It's definitely worth the stop to go look for a car here before you go anywhere else

They were not very friendly. They seem to shrug myself and my friend off. They acted as though they did not care what their so called repo company did to my friends 12 year old son. I did not even want to give them a 1 star. We definitely will not deal with this company again. Beware of you do decide to shop with them.

This is one of the most inconsiderate car dealers around the CSRA. A very good friend of mine bought a Jeep from here within the past month and a half. Today he broke down in it, they said they can't do anything because his warranty is up. Although I understand that, they did not inform him of any issues with the Jeep. He now is stuck on the side of the road. I called and talked to the secretary or whoever she is, and all I was given was attitude. She had the wrong tone of voice when I calmly explained the situation. Also told me that the water pump, which is part of the motor, and radiator (oh look this is part of the motor too) was not on a power train warranty and isn't part of a motor. I am not sorry that employees at this dealership like this one are rude and hateful with the way that they speak to people who call in and have questions about warranties and vehicles. I for one do not recommend this dealership. As well as US 1 Auto Sales. Both dealers are crooked.
