Hampton Inn Tulsa/Broken Arrow

After staying at several other chain hotels and then our last few stays being Hilton properties, we recently became Hilton Honors members.
We reserved a room for 2 nights here while we were in Tulsa for the weekend. We attempted the digital check in and digital key, but that function was not working thru the Hilton site. In-person check in was a breeze though and no matter what time of day or night, the staff was friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was great both days with several options offered. Items were well stocked and fresh and the Breakfast staff was also very friendly. Coffee and ice water are available 24 hours a day which is a plus for us.
What impressed me most about this entire property was how clean it was. Our bathroom was SPOTLESS and our room was the cleanest room I have ever stayed in.
A convenience store right next door and several shopping options nearby also make it a great location.
We will choose this property every time we stay in the area.

From the beginning to the end of our two-night stay the service and the personnel were great. Our room was very clean and during the nights we appreciated how quiet it was. The bed and the bedding were comfy and soft, respectively. The breakfast was satisfying.

If you are looking for a hotel over the Holidays, you should stay at a Hilton! I just joined the Honors program not too long ago and it is MUCH better than other loyalty programs. EVERY SINGLE person I met at these two Hilton properties (BA and Miami) were professional, helpful, kind, and extremely friendly. Like family, honestly. Keep up the good work, Susan, Keith, Stone “Phillips” (BA Hampton Inn), Catrina, Papa Bear (Miami Hampton Inn), Miss Patty (BA; awesome breakfast maker!!) I WILL be back. Merry Christmas!!

Keith and Suzanne are top-notch when it comes to customer service! Very accommodating. Patricia cooks a delicious breakfast! I travel quite a bit and it is the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel. The rooms are clean...
love that! Refrigerator and micowave in the room as well. Plenty of parking with a convenience store next door.

We had a house fire on Christmas morning and due to the holidays our insurance had trouble setting us up in a hotel with 3 people and 3 dogs. Nobody was able to take us in, but Hampton Inn said they would. It was a Godsend. They not only accommodated us with great service, but exceeded our expectations: a spotless hotel, remodeled rooms, friendly service, hot breakfast, addictive coffee, perfect location (QuikTrip, McDonalds, and Shiloh's Restaurant next door) and comfortable beds.

It was a great experience for a immensely stressful situation. We appreciate Susan, the GM, housekeeping, the sweet cook who treated me like family, everyone at the front desk and even the guests made us feel like we were at home.

Everything about this Hotel is great! The rooms are clean, the service was great, the front desk attendant was very patient with our group of about 40 people( all needed to be checked in). Our arrival was after hours,& the "complementary" breakfast was hot& delicious,& Ms.Patricia was amazing!

Clean, nice rooms, and great breakfast. Also, the woman who was in charge of tending to the breakfast bar, I believe her name was PK, was awesome. She was kind, attentive and had amazing spirit. I have never had such an amazing morning breakfast at a hotel, and it was all because of her.

We had a great one-night stay. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Shower had great water pressure. My kids used the pool, had a great time. Plenty of pool towels. The front desk personnel was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was the best. Plenty of food choices and the lady in charge of breakfast was one of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. Will stay here again next time we come to soccer tournament.

This is a great value hotel and nice and clean and comfortable. I will return to the hotel when I’m in town.

Honestly one of the best hotel stays we have had. The hotel was clean and comfortable, all the staff were friendly and accommodating and breakfast was tasty, hot and welcoming thanks to the lady filling the trays. She was funny, friendly and efficient. We will be staying here again when we come to Broken Arrow for our grandchildren.

Beautiful room. Right next door to a QT. Kid friendly. Nice indoor pool. Snacks and drinks available for purchase inside. Great breakfast. We were able to rent a crib for no additional cost which was so appreciated and convenient. They even set it up for us and had a muslin blanket. Thank you!

This was our first time in Oklahoma and everyone was super nice. I can’t thank the front desk girls enough for their hospitality and professionalism. The entire hotel was clean and we had no problems at all. The breakfast was great too! My daughter loved their muffins. We will definitely stay here again if we ever come back.

Absolutely blown away by the level of service at this location. Mrs Emily on your front desk needs a raise, a promotion.. at the very least a bonus. She went above and beyond to make sure me and my children's stay was as convenient as possible and from I'm reading here thats just her style. A+ service. Along with the rooms being well cleaned and pool actually being open unlike a lot of other hotels I've encountered recently. My daughter lives near by and this will definitely be my go to when I'm in town.. truly impressed 👏 💯

Happy Granny at the breakfast area was such fun! Made our day and icing on the cake at this hotel. Easy to get to, clean and comfy!

I absolutely love this hotel! They are especially perfect on their prices as well! The beds are super nice, the whole staff is great, and i'd definitely recommend the shower only rooms over the ones with the tub. 😊

Especially with the fun experience that PK made for us and all the guests! It was a super experience being greeted by her and being made like we were all family!!

I stayed at this Hotel about a month ago and promised the nice young lady I would give here a good review for the great hospitality she extended to me. She even went above and beyond to see if the hotel’s other location was closer to where I wanted to be. I don’t want to put her name out there but let me call her (Miss E). In all the rest of the staff was really great and very healthful. The hotel was very clean and a pleasant change because I couldn’t find any other hotel up to my standards. I recommend this hotel and I will stay here without hesitation many more times.

This is my go to for my self Care, detox, relaxation, and Journaling reflections. I been here multiple times and never looked anywhere else. I love the rooms they're always clean and cool. The food served in the morning is okay, but the women there who serves breakfast will light up your day, and thats why I enjoy the stay. Highly recommend.
