Clarion Hotel Broken Arrow - Tulsa

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and had a pleasant stay! It was a great value and I enjoyed the gym and the delicious hot breakfast.
The staff was very friendly and quick to help. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.
Would definitely stay again when I’m in town.

I honestly don't know what I would have done without this place, employees and over all support. As most adults at some point in life have a ruff patch or a series of bad circumstances well I was at the ruff patch in mine. Really not for anything I gad done but by life not doing what we would consider desirable. Along with that I'm a single mother with a teenage daughter... not by choice but my husband of 20 who was a military chief passed tragically. So life happened and now I've been struggling in such a way that I don't know where the next meal is coming from. I found so much comfort and concern from most of these staff in the 3 months I've had to stay. Even just being great women to talk to for uplifting when a woman need to be pulled up when she feels less than a woman due to financial and living hardship. I'm blessed for Denise the assistant manager and Jennifer the manager from Miss Rhonda to most of the staff.. but then out of blue I get these 2 employees I haven't really seen or communicated with and they absolutely have it out for me. The worst feeling in the world is to be denied to tale payment to coming into the bar upstairs while I'm getting money to pay for my room at the machine the employees Taylor front desk clerk who recently walked out of work leaving the hotel vulnerable and no staff in the front but the supervisor for the housemaid her name is Kendra. Not only was I embarrassed to the upmost highest but one yells u been in this bar for 15 minutes the owners want you off property immediately. As Kendra has a smile on her face the same smile she took great pleasure in when she knocked on my room telling my child you have 15 minutes to get out of her room. When I'm at the doctors office. Of course my daughter calls me crying we can't pay for the room mommy.. my daughter tells me they said no there not waiting 15 min for me to come. My daughter says mommy that ladies both had smiles on there face like they wanted to see us locked out of our room struggling even worse.. what makes it even worse the friend from upstairs at the bar trys to pay $363 the amount demanded for me to stay on the property but refuses it saying the owners or corporate refused to accept payment and want me off the property immediately.. I did not one thing wrong to either women.. ever single second now this staff member saying lick her out of her room 1 day behind just being real nasty and disrespectful.. after I had to go a plead and beg sobbing for them to accept payment for me to stay.. how degrading and humiliating to have another woman see a struggling mother and lady who has always be respectful plead and beg to stay in a room and pay in front of other guest.. it's horrible

The staff was very sweet and Jennifer/ The manager/ did a wonderful job to get our refund back. She worked very hard. The rooms were very nice.

Jennifer, the manager, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Good breakfast as well.

Decent pricing. Great room service. Great customer service. Clean rooms. Hotel is very close to other necessities (gas stations, pharmacies, grocery stores, and restaurants). Would absolutely stay here again.

The staff here is so nice! They are trustworthy and I have to say that Natalie, Kendra and Jennifer have been so kind. And let’s not forget Sheridan (shorty). This place will definitely take care of you!

I had an amazing 3 night stay, the staff was very nice, helpful, and was on point with my needs. The bar was very mellow. The bar tender was awesome as well. And yes I will return in the future for stay. Now they do have a pool but I didn't swim do to repairs and are storms in the past. But I will recommend this place definitely.

AJ was the best Night auditor I've ever had at any hotel! Service was on point and would totally love to be here again, thanks to him!!!

This is one of the best hotels I've stayed at that was decently priced. They didn't over charge me. They have wonderful staff, wonderful complementary breakfast, and they gave me my deposit back without any hassle and I didn't have to wait days for it to come back on my card. Honestly would recommend to my peers and will definitely be staying here again when I come in town! God bless!!

Martini's lounge. It's a great place for drinks ,relaxing and upbeat. Fantastic Bloody Mary.

Hotel was pretty nice for a cheap price. The price online was very similar but I managed to get a cheaper price They support the military members, they offered me a discounted price which pretty much covered any taxes that would have brought the price up more. The Room was clean, new sheets, and no bugs, most importantly. I checked under, over, and all around the hotel room to ensure I didn't take any unwelcome guest home. I can assure anyone that I didn't see any signs of an infestation. The manager/worker there at the time was very polite, and open about both choices of hotels rooms offered. He was also honest about events going on within the hotel floors, just for a heads up. Beds were okay but I can't complain. Regardless, thank you! I will refer you guys to any friends.

I can't explain how great the Management is. Every conversation is always an experience I'll never forget. Management is very helpful and great to work with. The employees have always been respectful and courteous. The new Manager Evelyn is the best thing to happen to the place.

This hotel has accommodated to my every need I travel a lot with work and I have never had such great hospitality Amanda and Natalie are specially the best when it comes to that!!!!! They deserve to be recognized I highly recommend staying just to meet them and see how great the hospitality is !!! Any problems ? They are fixing it asap !

We were on a long trip, and we always stay in the Choice Hotels chain, for rewards. Had never stayed in a Clarion before. In a way the hotel seemed a little bit dated, so we were very pleased that for a good price the room was very nice - clean, and very comfortable. There's even a martini bar (though we didn't indulge, we just checked it out) on one of the floors, hadn't seen something like that in a while. The staff was friendly. The breakfast room was huge, and the food was good. Definitely recommend as a good deal for the price.

Rooms are always super clean, always super friendly and professional service, secure and safe location, and I love that they offer breakfast in the mornings as well as a gym room. I highly recommend Clarion Hotel!

Fantastic place to stay! The room was huge and clean! The 2 front desk workers we spoke with were great they were professional, courteous,and friendly! Like some have said the bathrooms are small but seems pretty normal for the room setup, no complaint from me! I was also extremely pleased with the safety measures the Clarion is taking with current world events. If you're looking for an affordably priced place, with everything you need,and wonderful workers the Clarion is the place to go! This will be my go to place when visiting Tulsa

The Staff & Hotel was pretty nice. For the price I was comfortable staying here but it takes up to deposit back your money 3/5

Actually lived here for 2-3 weeks a few years ago when I was going through some stuff. Came to visit OK and stayed here a night and it was just as I remembered it. I love this hotel for the price you pay. Enjoy that they also have smoking rooms. It's a little old but they keep it clean and nice looking. Never had to worry about roaches or bedbugs (as I am very allergic) I love the layout...staff...pool..and amenities.

We stayed at this hotel for 13 days. Had a great time. The staff was helpful to some specific requests we had made. Amanda was great by the way! The cleaning staff was very nice. Helpful, polite, did their job quietly and well. Breakfast was good though over 13 days we did get a little tired of the same food but that wasn't the hotels fault. Security was good as you had to use the room key to enter the building from anywhere other than the front door during working hours. Beds were firm which my wife loved, not so much for me but again not the hotels fault. Internet worked great. We will be staying here again. Pricing was very good. Great value, clean, and nice people. We done. It's hard to be on the road for two weeks but the staff at the Clarion made it nice. Great job guys. We will see you soon.
