I love the staff at Lifestyle. I have been a patient of Nickole Munoz, for about 3 years. She is the most thorough Dr. I've had. She explains my lab results in a way that i can understand. She understands hormones levels better than any doctor I've had. I love that she encourages supplements and doesn't just rely on prescriptions for every issue. I recommend their office to all my friends and family.

I love Lifestyle Medical Center! I had been going to my regular pcp for years and I always felt something off about my body. I was constantly told I was okay. I never felt like I was okay. I decided to try Lifestyle Medical Center after doing a Google search and I remember crying in the office from relief during my first visit because I was finally told that everything going on was “not normal” and that they were going to get me fixed up. It was the first time I didn’t feel crazy! I felt so assured. Then, once I got my blood work and hormone test done I came in for a 1.5 hour long appointment to go over every detail of my test results. Not only were my results explained, but I was also told how to fix them. They are INCREDIBLE! I felt like I had finally been seen for the first time. After going over all of my results I found out a lot about my health and thankfully it’s all reversible. I am now set up on a plan to get my hormones and other things wrong corrected. I should be able to maintain everything with my diet once my levels are regulated! I could not recommend Lifestyle Medical Center enough!!!! They are so kind and they listen to EVERYTHING you say without dismissing you.

I went in a few weeks ago not knowing what to expect and left feeling as if my voice was heard. I got test results back yesterday and it wasn’t just a “your results are normal or abnormal” visit. Nickcole went over every individual result with me to make sure I fully understood and gave me numbers of where she wanted me to be. I feel so validated, seen, heard, and truly believe my body is on its way to full health. I also can’t forget the warm welcoming that Dr. Langston gave me when I came in. He truly helped calm my anxiety and made me feel at home. Thank you lifestyle medical! From the nursing and front desk staff all the way to the practitioners!

I love Dr. Munoz, she listened to everything I had to say, I never felt rushed like I was just a number. I have been having a lot of health problems in which my past Dr told me that everything was okay that basically everything was in my head, after speaking with Dr. Munoz just one time she told me that everything was not fine and told me that she would get to the bottom of all of it, amazing!!! Her nurse Linda is amazing as well as all of the staff, they all took the time to listen and answer any questions, it was a family not just going to a Dr. visit. I would recommend her to everyone!!!

Wonderful, outstanding care! I’ve been seeing Dr. Langston for a few months now and my back pain is completely gone. My life was put on hold after an injury to my SI joint. I was struggling to work and take care of my kids. My treatment plan was customized for me based on a thorough consultation and X-rays. I felt very comfortable and confident trusting Dr Langston with my care. The entire staff is very welcoming and friendly. Would 100% recommend anyone seeking relief!

I love this clinic. I believe it's truly a lifesaver and a Godsend for me. I grew up in the naturopathic lifestyle, but needed some tests and some guidance to heal my body from past trauma. Dr Langston and Nicole, the Nurse Practitioner, are wonderful! They take the time needed to understand what the problem is and treat accordingly. I so appreciate their holistic approach in treating every situation. My family has been relying on Dr. Langston’s expertise for more then 30 years. The staff is so friendly, welcoming, caring and helpful. I’ve been seeing Nickcole and she has helped me so much. She listens, then she starts digging for answers. She knows what labs are needed, then she knows how to read them and put all the pieces to the puzzle together! Dr Langston has a true passion for every patients health and well being and spends time explaining your condition and why the care they provide is beneficial. They offer solutions to address multiple conditions and want to get to the root of the problem. I always feel better after I see him! Nickcole, the Nurse Practitioner puts you at ease, explains every process and is never rushed. They also offer opportunities at the office location to attend a small seminar for regenerative medicine before you make an appointment. It is very informative and an easy way to have questions answered before scheduling. You will appreciate both of these providers! Lastly, the staff knows you by name and is more than pleasant every time any patient walks in for an appointment...a true joy and not experienced at most doctors offices! The most amazing group of people I have ever been to. They are so friendly, welcoming, and make me feel like family! I have to give them so much credit for being flexible with me all the time! Highly recommended!!!! Ive visited Lifestyle a few times and I have to say that they WANT you to be healed completely and not just put a "bandage" on you and send you on your way. They get a treatment plan tailored for you and address issues and more importantly try to FIX the issue. Whatever ailments you have they will do everything in their power to assist your needs...they should be a 10 star not a 5 star. The staff is amazing, the PA is extremely knowledgeable and Dr Langston is fantastic!!! Love this place.
