I have an issue with my dishwasher that is not very old, its scratching soo loud. I had purchased the protection plan & called. Was a terrible experience, all automated, cannot speak to a person. Sooo frustrated, sent me a text to a website I couldn't access, for I've recently had a few strokes.I called Lowe's, spoke to Jerry, he said come in straight away & "Destiny" can help me. She was kind, helpful & super efficient. She made a quick phone call & repair person will be here tomorrow!!!

I came to Lowes on Ocean Beach Hwy in Longview to purchase new drawer pads. I had no idea where to begin my search. I stopped Lowe's clerk Leia and asked. Instead of just telling me, Go look on aisle whatever, Leia said, "Let me show you. I know where they should be." She was right.
She provided level 10 service. Much appeciated!

The staff at the Longview Lowe's has always been very helpful. They definitely seem to know much more about what they are doing compared to Home Depot. They always go out of their way to help me. I have bought many high end items and had to have them delivered on time and with great care.Thank you Lowe's.

This is Lowes, people. You know, the place for the ones that really get it done? No, wait! Thats not their slogan. Sorry. But their staff are very friendly and seem to know what it is you're looking for even when you describe it to them as:"the thingy that goes onto the door wachamacallit to keep the thing shut"! It's a very old, well used building. The exit door is on the other side (same front) of the face of the building so its easy to get a bit wonkers going out.
Parking was simple, but their slots are mostly for small cars, not full sized trucks.

I'm shopping for new counter tops for my kitchen and Lowe's has a much better selection and display of offerings than the other local hardware store in town.

Winden was so helpful in the Garden center. He loaded up my cart with a boatload of mulch and then unloaded it all into my truck. With a smile! Thanks Lowes for hiring such courteous staff :)

This place is great. Friendly staff and no problems finding someone to help. Went to home depot the day before and needless to say they lost my business and lowes gained it.

This store is very full of anything you want. I bought my lawn mower here and it's top of the line. the lawn mower was loaded into my car. The people that work here were very pleasant and most helpful

Always a great place to shop for flowers! Love that you can go right to the garden center and you can see what they have from your car almost. I love that they have a lot of them right there outside the fence for a better view.

A Lowe's employee saw me struggling to load heavy bags of soil in my cart. Not only did he load them for me, he pushed the cart to check-out, brought it out to the curb, and loaded the bags in my car! Terrific service!

No need for many words. This is a huge Lowes with tons and tons of products.
I wish we had a Lowes in Astoria / Warrenton, OR.

Transmission on my washer went bad and needed a new one. I went on the internet to see about Lowe's delivery service, I found what I was looking for and ordered it online 600 plus dollars for washing machine and $40 for pickup of old one. Was very happy and surprised when they delivered the very next morning earlier than expected and the guys were prompt friendly got it installed and got my old one hauled away. I'm not a patient person but there was no need for patience in this situation they were very timely. Very good experience and will definitely do it again when necessary, thank you Lowe's and that's what I call a delivery service!

I am really happy with the management at our local Lowe's. I had a large order cancelled which triggered a nightmare of a refund process. It took some time but they came through for me. I was losing sleep over this refund, so I am very relieved that it got solved.

Lesson learned: don't pay with a check for anything anywhere.

The Longview Washington Lowe’s is a friendly, helpful, and clean store. Today I was looking at a washer/drier set and a women asked if I had any questions. I did. Do to limited space, I needed the size specification for the set I was interested in. She happily told me she could get that for me. About two minutes later she handed me printed copies of all the data I needed and said she had checked the inventory and both were in stock. THAT’S GREAT COSTUMER SERVICE.

So far I have been impressed with Lowe's. They have treated me very well. I bought a small utility trailer from them and had a problem. I brought the trailer to them and showed them what was going on. I went and got it fixed and they reimbursed me 75 bucks.

Only been there once. They had alot of stuff that the other orange box store didn't offer. I got my stain the bright red and blue colors I wanted mixed up for my by a happy Lowes employee who provided excellent service. I'll be returning there again, even though I live an hour away.

My wife came in to look for replacement burners and covers for an old Grill Master. Joe and Ken did not have the parts in stock but went the extra mile to locate where she could buy them online. Superior customer service!
