Orangetheory Fitness

I have been a member since OTF Aiken since it opened in Aiken and I feel like they finally got it right with management and coaches. I have attended OTF in other locations and there’s always an energy there that pushes you beyond what you think you can do. Now with the new management there’s a lot of activities going on and it certainly keeps me motivated. The energy is there now! I appreciate Kesha and the rest of the front desk staff , Cole, Amanda and Kelsey. They cheer me on in my fitness journey even on the days when I don’t feel like working out. ☺ check out OTF Aiken, you won’t be disappointed!

I’ve been attending OrangeTheory workouts for over a year, and I love it. Workouts are between 45-90 min (most classes are 60 min). You get a good mix of cardio and resistance, adjusted for personal preference or ability. The atmosphere is fun and encouraging, and the facility is well kept up. They also make sure to make it interesting with themed classes, challenges or competitions, member appreciation classes, or other events.

Been about 4 years since I last took an OTF class. Used to go like clockwork when we lived in FL. Welp, just got back on the saddle (i.e. rower and treadmill) today here in Aiken. Boy was that great. I've always been a fan of the results OTF gives. It really is a science. So I'm now gonna re-work my normal gym routine and do this 3x a week. 3...2...1.... let's goooo.

Have just joined and completed our first two workouts and it has been wonderful. Kesha at front desk is amazing and Coaches Cole and Amanda are so motivating. Will definitely keep coming back!

Orange Theory Aiken is a great gym with high calorie burning workouts and motivating coaches. This studio just opened so everything is very clean and there is new high end workout equipment. The workouts are designed to accommodate every fitness level and I like that you can easily track your progress and effort with heart rate monitors. Highly recommend joining!

The Aiken Studio is the best. Staff and coaches are knowledgeable. The 5 am class rocks!

I joined a month ago and it’s the best experience I’ve ever encountered. It took me out of my element of the same routine and I’m hooked! Waiting on the results stay tuned!

Best gym to keep you consistent and the classes are high energy no matter how hard or lax you want to push yourself that day! I love it!

I was thrilled when i saw otf was coming to aiken and immediately became a loyal founding member. It wasnt until the last few months where customer services lacked and classes were not the same. I have been ignored when calling studio about pausing membership, and now again ignored when being charged incorrectly and submitting a cancel request form. Management refuses to acknowledge members concerns. Not all studios are like this, but i would avoid Aiken studio at all costs.

One of the worst business ethics I have ever seen from a company. Absolutely disgraceful.
