Jackson was our aiken server and he did amazing! Very attentive. Food was great as always. We come here very often and are always well taken care of!❤

My local O’Charley’s closed down. This one in Aiken, SC was so much better! The new bayou salmon is one of the best salmon dishes I’ve ever eaten.

A really nice place to eat. The host set us at a clean table. The waitress was really nice she was friendly, and fast. She check on us a couple times. She also gave me a get to go cup to take my drink.

First off, our O’Charley’s location in Greenwood SC closed a couple months ago, so we decided to make the trip to Aiken to try this one out and we were not disappointed! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Jennifer and Ashton have been the best servers we’ve had. Jennifer doesn’t let your drink run dry! The food is delicious and always cooked perfectly. From the rolls to the ooey gooey caramel pie, all of it is delicious. The prices are pretty good too for the amount of food you get.
Inside the restaurant is very clean and well maintained.
We look forward to many more trips to O’Charleys of Aiken!

I took my mom here for her birthday. The hostess greeted us right away and we did not have to wait long to be seated. It was a relaxing atmosphere. My mom ordered the Filet Minon and I ordered the chicken tenders and fries. They were both amazing. The filet was perfect, it was juicy and tender with alot of flavor. I had my tenders tossed in buffalo sauce , they were large and tasted amazing. I love buffalo chicken and theirs is some of the best I've had. Our server was amazing, she was very tentative and cheerful. I had a great experience and will definitely return.

The food was great! Everyone worked together when there wasn't enough help they still made sure we were taken care of.

The food was absolutely amazing! We got the chips and spicy white queso as an appetizer and everything was fresh. My niece got the chicken parmesan with a side of coleslaw and I got the chicken tenders meal with a baked potato and broccoli. You can tell they used fresh ingredients and everything was cooked right then. I'm very pleased with this place. Definitely going to be a new go to place for sure. Had to take the rest home!

Absolutely great restaurant for food allergies! This is our second time coming to O'Charley's since moving to Aiken last year, I have severe food allergies to egg and milk so eating at new places is rather tough and most of the time I don't want to ask about ingredients and options because usually it's a waste of time. We came in right before closing, Jennifer our server/bartender eagerly greeted us and brought our drinks! I decided to ask about the fish and chips, she was unsure of the ingredients so she grabbed her manager Linda. Linda went above and beyond, she took pictures of the batter ingredients and explained that it did contain milk but she had a idea, she checked another batter not used for the fish that did not contain milk and prepared the fish that way! Absolutely amazing! They could've easy said "nope, has milk. Sorry" like most restaurants, but instead they took the meaning of customer service to a whole new level! Thank you Jennifer and thank you Linda! We'll definitely be back more often!

Always great service at the bar. The staff is friendly and rolls are always hot!! Great drink specials any time of day.

Food was great. My waitress Christy was no where to be found. I had to ask others for refills and locate my bill. I was very disappointed with the service but enjoyed the food. After my daughter finally got what she wanted not what the waitress put in.

The atmosphere was great in this restaurant. We were just down here for a short trip and needed a bite to eat after our long drive. Our server name Casey was very polite and attentive and met all of our needs. We thank you so much Casey for being such a beautiful young lady.
