This has been a great place to house our belongings during our transition. Reece, the manager, is always friendly and goes above and beyond if there is an issue. I would recommend Extra Space when you need a little but more space.

Andrew was a very helpful and smiling ambassador that answered all my questions, showed me the units I had reserved online, and did an excellent job on explaining my lease and pointing out the small perks, and things i usually forget to ask in similar situations. Great customer service, and he was quite personable as well. I look forward to doing business with this storage unit provider.

We had to find a storage unit last minute during our move and I was SUPER thankful to find this place where I did the whole thing online, super fast, and they had the best prices. I was also glad to run into Lexi when I picked up the keys. She was warm and friendly and put me totally at ease. The lot structure has great flow, Lexi walked me through the whole thing and had everything I needed at the ready. I went in with zero experience and they just made it so simple. Thank god.

My experience obtaining the storage unit was great. Lexi H. assisted me and was extremely courteous and helpful. We ran into a hiccough in the process involving the logistics of the unit, which was no fault of Lexi or ExtraSpace (or me), and Lexi accomplished a perfect workaround that fit both my needs and ExtraSpace policies. I am very happy and satisfied with my rental onboarding experience. The other lady in the office (whose name I neglected to get) was also extremely nice. I highly recommend.
