Aiken VA Clinic

Kind staff and a great doctor. I have had challenges beyond the scope of the clinic that their staff has supported me through.

Everyone I dealt with was great. Dr. Rapp was very thorough and helpful. Facility is clean and comfortable.

Very friendly primary care staff and nurse assistants. Nothing but positive experiences for my medical needs and beats driving to Augusta for me

Totally agree that this clinic is first rate. I was able to get an xray appointment immediately, but more impressive was the xrays were taken Monday at noon and with the Wednesday mail I had a letter with a full consult review.

I'm giving 5 stars because I think they got rid of rude, lazy workers. Dr. Hancock takes care of me along with his assigned nurses.

The people here really care about the veterans and are so helpful!

Just gets better each time I have appointments there. Hope it all keeps up the good work.

I love the Aiken VA CBOC.

Avoid Dr. Al-Soudi. If she is your PCP, contact Patient Advocates and get a physician change form now. She gets hostile with you if you ask her medical questions on MHV. If you dare ask her to forward a message to a doctor that ISN'T on your contact list on MHV, she will refuse and tell you to do it (as if to say you wouldn't do that if you could) so your message gets thrown in the trash.

She's the personification of that toxic VA doctor everyone loathes and dreads. I can definitely tell why she's not a private doctor.

No one answers the phone. It's very frustrating that I have to drive to the clinic to ask a simple question. Go online and you have several different phone numbers for the Aiken VA Clinic. There are enough complaints on this site to get the situation fixed. I used to work for the VA and thought service was being fixed?

I recommend any service here except mental health care. The DR/Nurse in their department don't take you seriously and will probably end up with a lot of veterans fighting on their own or worse. I'm sure they could care less.

My primary care doctor is awsome, very helpful. However wrong phone number on website, rude when you have to call Augusta VA and then when you finally get transferred to the clinic they tell you it's your fault and phone number works fine, and hangs up on you rudely.
