Shane's Rib Shack

Oh my. So, I already knew the bbq was tasty because we've ordered it numerous times in Evans, GA. I also LOVE the peach cobbler. But this is the first time I've had one of their salads. I am always hesitant to order a salad at a restaurant that specializes in meat. It's rare to get a good ratio of toppings to salad, but it was spot on! My fork couldn't even reach the bottom of the container, on my first bite. Cucumbers and tomatoes were so fresh. And the chicken was seasoned to perfection. Would definitely order again.

We went during the day on the weekend to get a take out. The Customer Service was Very Quick and Welcoming. When we came back from a short errand, the order was Correct and Ready. The sampler with okra, potato salad, and peach cobbler was Delicious. We're looking forward for another Great Meal.

As soon as I walked in I see this amazing smile from Derrick up front.
If every place had a young man like him working we would all have the best of customer service experiences ever.

Atmosphere inviting and clean.

When I ate at this restaurant I got it to go so I did not really experience the atmosphere of the restaurant! But when I went to pick up my food people were lined up and the individuals already seated seemed very pleased!! I would definitely recommend their food! The only complaint I personally did not care for the coleslaw but that may be me! Other than that, great restaurant!

Needed a good filling meal while at work. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They always treat me well. The food is always really good and this visit didn't disappoint. Will definitely return

Love to stop in for a quick filling lunch that isn’t the ordinary burger and fries or fried chicken. Staff has always been friendly and service is quick (depending on how busy of course) but regardless the food is hot and delicious.

I was hungry when I got there. Wasn't when I left.

Recently, experienced for the very first time and I really enjoyed my meal that was provided by a drug representative that held at a medical facility.

I work at the Aiken, SC Tractor Supply Company and the Aiken, SC Shane's is literally a 1 or 2 minute walk from my store. I started going there in 2021 when I started working at TSC. Ya'lls food is the bomb!!!!!!!! Ya'll rank in the number 1 spot for restaurants in my book. I love ya'lls All American burger. Yum!!!!!!! And I have never once had bad service there. Ya'll are always pretty quick about getting my food to me and even when ya'll are busy and it takes a few minutes longer than normal, its worth the wait. Plus working in retail myself, I understand you have more than just me to serve. Not many people get that. Starting the second of January, I was there 6 days in a row, so that will tell ya'll how good your food is. And I have left a review about this before but I love giving ya'll shoutouts. One Sunday night, I was the closing manager at work and I had intended on going over and getting a burger when I got off. But I was later getting off than I intended so by the time I got over there, they were starting to close up. I was a little disappointed because I had my heart set on a burger but I wasn't mad or anything. The next time I was in there a few days later, the cashier said that the manager said to give me a free burger since I wasn't able to get one that night. Long story short, Ya'll are doing great work, keep up the good work. God Bless Ya'll.

The food is wonderful. Had ribs, chicken fingers, pulled pork...its all good. The sides were even good. Fried okra, coleslaw, it is just really delicious food. I showed up after 7 and the place was nearly empty, but I was more interested in the food and not the crowd anyway. I will stop here again when in the area.

I had a family get together at this restaurant a few months ago, but forgot to leave a review on my experience. We had about 20-30 guests and we used the banquet room. I can’t rave enough about how great it was. Planning it with Blake made it super simple and easy, the food was fresh, and employees were constantly making sure we had everything we needed. The store was clean and and everything went smooth. Thank you Blake & employees for the great experience!

Had a catering order that was going to be over $400 but we could not get in touch with the person over catering and he l they would never return our call. O well, guess they don't need the money.

Edit: changed to 5 stars BECAUSE the Grovetown location handled the catering order for us and did an excellent job.

Take out order, fast service, great ribs.

I am only giving this a five star because of one employee she said her name was alia. She was the only person up front that was kind! The other girls were completely rude i have never seen customer service so bad rolling eyes snarky tone everything i swear but alia was so accommodating and sweet thanks for turning things around for us alia!

I love Shane's. Their pork is off the charts delicious. And the shaniac burger is so good I order it almost every time. The only thing I've had there that wasn't good at all was the ribs. I ordered a full rack for the 4th and they were rubbery and chewy. The flavor was really good but the texture, awful. I have loved everything else there and the customer service is great
