I just moved here after living an hour from Mexico, I have to say the beef tacos I had here were the BEST I've ever had in my life. Immediately after taking my first bite and before even chewing my mouth exploded with flavor and next thing I knew I was shoving it in my husband's face because he's a foodie and I needed him to experience it too. He really enjoyed his elote bowl as well. We're so happy to have found some good Mexican food in the south. I really can't believe the best taco of my life was in Georgia. The staff was also really nice. Can't wait to eat here again!

Food Trucks don't get better! Wow, FUSE provided a exciting culinary experience for a party of 60 at Woodside. Every detail was perfect, the food was delicious and creative. Everyone was served in a timely manner, no long waiting lines, each order was customizable, if you have special dietary needs they will make adjustments on the spot. Fuse would be a serious competitor in a city like Charleston SC! We love Fuse. When you are planning your next party consider FUSE.

AMAZING! I got the brisket sandwich and a coke after a night out and didn’t even have time to eat it until I got home. I was worried with the time I waited that it may not be as good but i was SO wrong! The brisket was tender, well seasoned and the pimento cheese was absolutely KILLER adding to the flavor. It came with fries and a side of ketchup. The meal itself was perfectly portioned and filled me up! Don’t sleep on the Fuse truck and make sure you follow them on Instagram to see where they head to next and what’s on the menu! My new favorite late night snack!

Today I got the brussel sprouts side dish from the Fusion Food truck at a Cold Creek event. Oh myyyyy! They are AMAZING! I love brussel sprouts, but this dish takes them to the next level with the delicious onions. A small suggestion: maybe offer a lower sodium option.

Tylené at Fuse Mobile saved my life. Driving home after working an 32 hour shift I crashed my car in a field and like an angel send from above she was there to pull me from the wreckage and had my car fixed in 10 minutes all while hand feeding me their brussels and then took me home and tucked me into bed. I don't know how they do it but I trust them with my life 10/10 give them your business. They're real superheroes.

Elote Brisket bowl was great!

Quite literally the only brisket I order in town anymore

I have to say the tacos I've had here, along with the elote brisket bowl, were awesome, creative recipes. The 2 star penalty is for the pricing and the wait...it took 35+ mins from the time I paid to the time I got my 2 chicken tacos for $10. I'd be alright with $10 for bougie chicken tacos served in a reasonable amount of time, but 35 mins is pretty wild for a couple tacos.
