Mexican Restaurant Las Palmas

This is truly a Mom and Pop hole in the wall place! Doesn't look like much from the outside and inside is sparse and that make you feel like family. The food was excellent. We had tacos, burrito and quesadilla, all were fantastic!

The outside doesn’t look good but the inside is good and the food is prepared instantly and very delicious I have eat the carne en salsa this is authentic Mexican food totally recommend it

We were looking for and Authentic Mexican restaurant. Not Tex-Mex. They made the Margaritas from scratch not a mix. All food was prepared to order including the Guacamole that was made fresh. I had the Steak Taco, steak was tender and flavorful.

OMG! I have not had food that tasted like this since I lived in El Paso. Great food. Have patience with the staff. Everything was fresh and made to order. Will definitely be returning as it might be my go to Mexican food. Worth the 30 minute drive.

We were blown away at how amazing this place is!! A little scary on the outside but let me tell you it’s the best kept secret in Aiken! The food was not only truly authentic, but the portions were large and tasted amazing!! The house margaritas were to die for!!! Staff were friendly and excellent service. The inside was very clean even though basic. Our Mexican favorite for sure!!!!

We come here every time we come to Aiken!

Was on the way to pick up some furniture in Aiken and decided to stop here. What I did not expect was to eat the best Mexican food I have ever tasted. The servers are nice, the building is clean. It was absolutely wonderful!

We are staying close by while snow birding in Aiken. Every day we pass by and today decided to stop and try it out. This food and drinks are amazing along with a very attentive staff. Highly recommend checking it out if you are in the area. Reasonable prices and amazing food

Don’t be fooled by appearances. This place is in an old gas station, but serves up delicious authentic Mexican food at good prices. The staff is friendly and attentive and the tacos are awesome!

First time ordering take out here. Food was really good. Small place , nice atmosphere.. got an A health inspection. I always check that out. I'll be back.

Anyone that rates this restaurant at less than 5 stars, is more into the decor than the food. I am a retired Chef , and have eaten at many Mexican food places across North America . This small, converted 1950s , gas station /small store, has the best, most authentic food I nave eaten anywhere ! Full bar is available . Everything is fresh and homemade . Try it, you won't eat anywhere else again!

Food was the best! Real Mexican cuisine with great friendly service. Quiet place, clean, and I have always found these hole-in-the wall hidden places to have great food, such os the case here. Will continue to eat here often.

Dont judge a book by its cover! Most would drive by because its obviously in a retired gas station. However its a pleasant clean dining experience and best of all the food is delicious!

I FINALLY got into this family restaurant. No expectations other than wanting good authentic Tex-Mex/ Mexican foods. I recommend the carnitas (I had the tacos Mexican-style) and enjoyed the chicken empanadas. Too much food as always. The restaurant has an A rating and the service was good.

Thanks Las Palmas for satisfying my need for Tex-Mex when I barely have time to make American style tacos. No real time for carnitas either.

If you're thinking of going to MiRanchos or any other Mexican restaurant around Aiken you will be missing out on one hell of a great treat! This is a family owned and ran true authentic Mexican restaurant and the food is made from scratch. Your mind as well go to Taco Bell if you go anywhere else. Don't let the location fool you they might as well as pulled the restaurant from Mexico and dropped it off right there.
