Platinum Detailing of Aiken

I had a great experience with Platinum Detailing today (Thanksgiving) - not only were they open, but did an excellent job! My car was not a pretty sight when I dropped it off, but he scrubbed off a strong layer of dirt and even vacuumed and detailed the inside without expecting anything extra in return. I will definitely be getting my car washed here from now on! Prices are competitive with automatic car washes and you get a better job :-) Thanks!

Did great job inside and out of my car

absolutely terrible service. paid $200 for a FULL detail and got a truck back that was maybe vacuumed and looks like they ATTEMPTED to wash the carpets. when i called back to say i was not satisfied with the service i was immediately sent to voicemail and then got a text staying “sorry i can’t talk right now.” when i finally got an answer back i was told to bring my truck in whenever and they would fix it. after that i have driven by and stopped by several times and the place is abandon. no one is ever there. also left my truck with them for TWO DAYS and this is how it was returned to me. also my truck was not on site when i showed up, which i thought was odd but at the time didn’t think much of it because they said it was in their shop drying from the carpets being shampooed, looking back it wasn’t right. now i just want my money back. added some pictures of the “detail job” i received. so disappointed.
