Love my quick breakfast from Dunkin’ at whisky Rd. Fast and always quality! 😍 I love the egg bites so much that I can’t decide which one to get, so I always get both. They are just right for me. 🤤

Nice, clean location with friendly employees. Service was fast and efficient and the breakfast sandwiches were fresh and hot. Highly recommend!

I love me some Dunkin!!! I am really sad that both Dunkins in Aiken got rid of some amazing employees months ago and then got rid of the small straws!!! Who wants to drink a small or medium drink with a straw bigger than their cup.

Hadn't had a good iced coffee in 2 days because where our new house is and the house were staying in is, they dont have DD or Sbux near. Was SO happy to see Dunkin to get my Butter Pecan cold brew iced coffee! It tasted perfect and exactly as I ordered.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I do come through this place often, and they almost always have my mobile order ready to go when I pull up and I’m met with a cheerful attitude at the window.

Sunday night a whole gang of us decided we wanted coffee, so we all put in our mobile orders and piled into the car at about 8:30. When we got to the window, they had everything ready and didn’t seem to hate our guts for placing multiple orders so close to closing time. (I work in retail, so I always feel so bad for ordering within an hour of closing when I know everyone really just wants to close up shop and head home 😅).

Anyway, I just wanted to give y’all 5 stars and say that I really appreciate all the baristas who hand me my order with a smile and a cheerful attitude many mornings. I always find it so encouraging and it cheers me up before heading into work myself 😊

This would be perfect if they offered more cream options in the lattes like other Dunkins in the CSRA. The staff were always nice. If there was an issue they fixed it for me. I always look forward to stopping by while in Aiken. I witnessed a disgruntled customer swear at the staff and they handled it very well. Thank you for all yall do.

My wife and I love getting our coffee here. Quick service and always prepared just like we order.

Love this location. They get everything right as quickly as they can even with a line around the building, and they do so with great attitudes and excellent customer service. I've never had a bad experience here which is quite a contrast to the location on Richland, where I've only had bad experiences with employees with bad attitudes. This Dunkin and its people are GEMS in comparison, and I'm going to make sure I only use this location even if I have to go out of my way. Thanks for the great service guys!

I worked at this location a year ago, for a year and it looks like the new owner has done well. It looks clean and the workers are so so sweet! The drinks are made v well.

I’ve never had a bad experience at this Dunkin. The hour drive here is worth it. The ones by my house claim Dunkin no longer makes the jelly filled munchkins, but this one always has them. The ladies at the window are always extremely kind and helpful. They never make you feel rushed or unwanted. This store is doing something right!

I rarely write reviews but this is needed... Sarah, who I usually see in the drive-thru in the mornings, is amazing. It doesn't matter what mood I'm in, the 2 minutes I see her, she makes me 10x more joyful. When I'm having a bad moment, I think "what would Sarah do?"
Management... this girl is a treasure to have in a fast food franchise. I don't know her title/position but please take care of her!

Not all Dunkin's are the same and this one is by far one of the best! Great, efficient drive-thru crew - order is always correct and they always keep the line moving. Special thanks to Sarah at the drive-thru window who is always super upbeat, friendly and smiling (even behind the Covid mask) - thanks for being super! :)

I almost always come to this Dunkin before school starts to get my daily dose of Matcha (try an iced matcha latte + 4 vanilla shots + whipped cream...it's so tasty!!) or to just buy my friends a refresher, since they're so affordable and tasty!
The workers are also so sweet and understanding. Totally recommend coming to this Dunkin!!

Elizabeth was great i could tell she was smiling through the speaker at the drive through! Upgraded my coffee with no problem! And even sang a catchy Dunkin Doughnut song!! She made my brief experience great!! Will return only because her!! Thanks Liz. !!

This place is aways good, they are quick and efficient with the orders most of the time. The drive thru is usually pretty busy and the ine get's pretty backed up at times but overall great coffee and nice staff.

Great service, excellent selection of treats to choose from. Clean place to hang out and enjoy your treats as well. A large selection of treats to coffees. This Dunkin' Donuts shares a space with Basking Robins so you can get great ice cream with your donuts.

I had the sweetest young lady wait on me today and the she gave great service. The donuts were so fresh and delicious. I wish I could remember her name.

Staff here is always cheery and hardworking! Sarah is my favorite. She is always super happy and friendly. The line is always a bit long but moves quickly!
