I locked my keys and my phone in my jeep today. I had to get the cashier at the store I was at to find me a locksmith. I was all the way up on I-20. She found this place in South Aiken. I know there had to be someone much closer. But, things happen for a reason. I had tried to find someone to cut me another key prior to today but was quoted almost $300. I couldn't afford that. Today, the guy who unlocked my jeep told me that the company he worked for could cut me one for $2.50. Yep, you read that right. Two dollars and fifty cents. I will be visiting their business sometime this week or next week. Thank you, Dixie Lock for getting me back in my vehicle and for the new info.

I had purchased an expensive set of door knobs but a part was missing. My contractor did not have the piece so I went to them here. They went through their pieces, opened up a set of door knobs and finally found the piece I needed. I would have paid four times what they charged me to get this set of beautiful knobs installed. Brian helped me out yesterday to get me unlocked from my car yesterday afternoon after AAA guy had no clue wth he was doing and was about to cause damage to my car window frame until I told him to back away from my car. And the man had to be 90 years old and said he had some back issues. Bless his heart.Brian was a pro and had me on my way in 10 minutes! Would not hesitate using him or his company if need be!!

I have about 60 keys cut per year and these guys virtually always cut the keys correctly. I've been using them for 12 years and I've only had a handful of keys that didn't work over the past 12 years. They always recut without question. I will continue to use Dixie Lock & Safe to cut my keys.

Always make keys that work, even hard to find keys. Never a long wait, always friendly, and never expensive. I go there all the time for keys as Lowes and Home Depot don't hire anyone with knowledge anymore.

I recommend them 100 times over. I came in with a nearly impossible to copy key. It was also the only key to my vehicle. The key had twisted and almost broken in half. I fixed it as much as I could in order to get a copy and Dixie Lock and Safe did the rest!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He did not take to long to come nor to unlock my car. He had a great friendly personality. I say keep their number and hope for waiting on my son and I.

I've owned my house for 10 years and never had a key to my storm door. Now I do thanks to them. And they cut me a couple of door lock keys that the big box guys couldn't.
