Storage Sense - Aiken

Autumn was so helpful and patient with choosing the perfect units. She was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I walked in and had storage buildings rented, the U-Haul truck reserved for the following day and business handled very efficiently. She made it a breeze. I’d recommend the storage facility and was impressed with customer service.

Alicia is the BEST! She has always went over and beyond to make our stay at the storage GOLDEN! I love the way she manages things and helps people.

Very accommodating when moving in and out with use of dolly . No issues with billing . Clean units.

Just moved in. Reservation was waiting just as we had talked about. Alicia the manager was very friendly and professional. The office area was neat, clean and well taken care of. The unit was ready for me and was very clean. Obviously, at least to me, the people that work there take pride in what they do. There was no trash or debris laying around the property. Looking forward to my stay there.

I was supposed to give my review for this storage last week. This place is one of the best storage facilities I’ve been. Alicia is a very down to earth person who is passionate about helping people! This lady took good care of me and my family and I’m glad she was there to take care of us. She gave us a good rate and knew a lot about the surrounding area which helped us out in many ways. This place definitely gets our recommendations, all across the board she got a 5 star!

I used the truck to move sone items into my unit and the employee was very friendly and helpful.

Alicia Jackson at your Aiken SC office is the absolute best! She always goes above and beyond to accommodate my needs and/or concerns about my unit. I have used Storage Sense several times to store my items and I never have an issue. Alicia has great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable and dedicated to her job. I will definitely continue to keep service with your company and would highly recommend!

I am very pleased with the staff of Storage Sense of Aiken! The manager Alicia is respectful and loves to put her customers first! She also has a lot of good information to provide to her customers on any of the storages that's available and answers any questions with no problem! I'd recommend Storage Sense to anyone!!!

Alicia Jackson is the best customer rep I've encountered in a long time. Knowledgeable, professional, and energetic, she knew her stuff and was a pleasure to work with. I'm retired, but if I had a business, I'd hire her away from y'all and pay her much more than I suspect she's making at present. She would make an excellent district/regional etc., manager. Hopefully your company has a a management trainee program of some sort. Very pleased with your facility as well. Storage spaces are easily accessed and well-kept from what I've seen, much better than my prior facility, and less expensive. Good doing business with a good company and employee for a change!

Great facility. Super clean. The unit is huge and the manager is super sweet. Always asks about my family and she is the reason I rent here.
