Referred to Aspen Dental by my mom who is very fond of the service and staff. One of the BEST dental cleanings I’ve had in a long time. Danielle was very thorough and efficient. Dr. Nalley is great and love how he explains the treatment and options very well. He and his staff are awesome!

I had a great experience under the circumstances. The staff was very kind and helpful. The doctor was awesome and had a great bed side manner and answered all my questions. Would recommend this facility to everyone.

I have a very crazy work schedule and with Aspen Dental's hours I was easily able to make an appointment. Danielle was my dental higenist and she was amazing. She walked me through everything she was going to do and was very friendly! I have not had many good experiences going to the dentist but Aspen Dental's staff really made the experience exceptional.

Had cavities repaired and a crown placed on one. Procedure was explained and well done. I've experienced no problems with completed repairs.

Once you actually get in the office, the experience is wonderful. The staff is very friendly and we got in right at appointment time. I do wish the dentist would take time to give the dental hygiene lecture to my kid.

I was lucky enough to get an appointment for the Aiken office the next day at 7AM. The staffs were professional. Withing 15 minutes of arriving to the office x-rays were taken of every tooth. The hygienist, as well as, the doctors assistant saw me before the doctor to evaluate (this has never been done before with any other dentist). Dr. Nalley was professional and friendly and made the correct diagnosis. He listened to my concerns. The longest wait was contacting my insurance company. I was offered a payment plan since my insurance did not cover for all the work. All future appointments were made within reasonable time. So far, I am satisfy with the service provided by this office. If anything changes with future appointments, I will update my review.
