Great atmosphere. Very warm and inviting. Extremely polite and friendly. Coffee was very good.

The go to spot for coffee in the area. Was passing through from Tulsa to go to Texarkana and I stopped by here right before opening. Quite a few folks where here for opening and the coffee is great! Nice little spot so be sure and stop by.

Our little hometown coffee shop closes for good tomorrow at noon. Please if you see this send them out with a bang. They deserve it.

We love this place! Decor and atmosphere couldn't be better for our Sat morning blueberry scone and coffee.

I initially came here for their Expresso because so few places have Expresso especially in this area. This place has a small town feel. The colors on the inside and decorations feel homey and relaxing. I blow through dekalb about once or twice a month and make sure to stop here everytime. I've only tried their burgers and pancakes but both have blown my expectations out of the water. Everytime I go in they are testing something new and I'm excited to come back over time and see this business flourish and try new items. The staff is great and out of the 10 or so times Ive been there I've never had a bad experience.

Visited here on our road trip from Indy. Oh my goodness it was delicious! I wish we had one in Indy. I am currently in line at a Starbucks in Indy wishing I was at De Kalb Grinder instead....Great coffee! Loved the atmosphere. Price was great!

I seriously go here at least once a week. The staff are so awesome and it's got a comfortable small town vibe. The breakfast is some of the BEST in Bowie County as well! 😋 Highly recommended 👌

Love, love, love the De Kalb Grinder! Great coffee, and I’m addicted to their blueberry scones! I just can’t say enough great things about the staff. They make going there even better.

Pretty and yummy. Missed just a few points, but they were all super nice. I'm sure if I had said something they would've accommodated. Eggs over medium but still had some runny white. A little too much foam for mocha. More like a latte.

BEST COFFEE SHOP EVER!!!! De Kalb is so blessed to have this place. Amazing environment, the friendliest and most professional staff. I always feel right at home! I HIGHLY recommend!!! Better than Starbucks!!

Absolutely love this place. Hot coffee or cool frappes all taste wonderful. The coffee is very smooth and never bitter. The baristas are all nice and knowledgeable of their selections. And try a blueberry or cranberry scone while you are there. They are to die for.

EDIT: This is truly one of the better coffee places around as they serve some wonderful breakfast and lunch items. My wife and I ADORE the Omelettes. I get the meat lover omelette that comes with sausage, bacon and ham and with hashbrowns and biscuits on the side. All the ladies and the guys that work there are great. Tell Trent I sent ya.

Traveling from Houston to Oklahoma and found this little Oasis. The staff was friendly and the coffee was great!

The best food in town. Everything is hot and fresh and the staff is amazing and very friendly. They get to know there customers and what they like. Relaxed environment.

My family and I came through Dekalb to visit my uncle . We come from Houston .This was such a nice clean coffee shop. The food was good and the prices were as well. We highly recommend and will definitely return when we come back to Dekalb. Friendly owners as well .
