I have dealt with this dealership for years and they have always given top-notch service and support. Chris was my salesperson and truly went above and beyond. All of the sales staff are first-rate. There was NO HIGH PRESSURE sales pitch. If you want a great small town dealership this is the place to go! They love their customers.

Russell Barnett Ford went over and above to take care of my needs to service my F-350. I am out of town at the time and needed an oil change and would not have enough miles left on my odometer to be within my premium maintenance plan agreement. Dave the service manager made sure that my truck was given the service that it needed under this premium maintenance plan. Knowing that we were out of town he made sure everything would be okay and safe for our trip back with our RV. He was also able to make a good recommendation on a restaurant for us to have dinner. In Jan 2023 I was looking for an older Ford Fusion. Saw one advertised here and one at Shottenkirk Honda in Huntsville. When to the Honda dealer first as it is close to my house. Their car was advertised for $11K, but the salesman told me they would add a fee of nearly $4K and it was non-negotiable. So the $11K car was actually $15K. I called the Winchester Ford dealer and was told their fee was around $600. Their Fusion out the door cost was $9300. Almost the same car with similar mileage for $6000 less. Salesman was friendly and very helpful. Deal went smoothly and they did not push me to buy a warrantee or finance their. I will always look here first when looking for a car.
