We were pleasantly surprised by this place!Friendly staff, fair prices, and excellent well-portioned food. We will be stopping here again. Food was fresh, hot, and had lots of flavor.

Half the price of panda Express and 10 times better! Support your local businesses when you can!

We just recently moved here and I am so happy that we found this place! There is a large selection to choose from on the menu and all at a fair price. Prompt service and the food came out quick. The vegetables were fresh, the meat was tender, and everything cooked just right. Now this will become a regular spot for us!

Decided to eat there despite the negative reviews. Place was clean and so were the rest rooms. No carpet odor and it looked clean, scrutinized the decos and the other negatives and found them not to be distasteful. As far as the grafitti on the tables, they were purchased that way; maybe a little different but I wouldn't call it weird. They may be left from previous pizza place. Food was good and portion was large enough for 2 people to share. We both had plenty to eat and it was tasty. It was a Thurs night and not many customers. Owner Ken was our waiter and was pleasant and service was quick.

Amazing service and value. Ignore the 2 negative reviews on here, people just like to complain. The potstickers (dumplings) are delicious and the portion size is huge. My gf and I were able to make 2 meals out of this for $24, can't beat that! The owner is gregarious and understands that top notch service builds customer loyalty. If you're in the area, definitely give this place a try.

Nowhere else in town will you feel like family when going out to eat. Annie and her family are truly genuine! The moment you walk in the door, you're greeted with a smile from eye to eye along with a big hug! The food is awesome as well as portions.
Bottom line is, no other restaurant in Longview will make you feel more welcome than Annie and her family. :)

The best by far Chinese food, especially Mandarin or Szchwan style, without breaking the bank! Always consistently well prepared, very flavorful, and large amounts! They also will prepare the "hotter/spicier" items with less or little upon request! Not a fancy place, but certainly adequate, and their take out is quick and always abundant! We love it!!!

Annie is awesome and this restaurant reflects her great character. Huge portions and great prices combined with tasty food will make you glad you came. It is not fancy, but the decor is not what will keep you coming back with friends and family. If you meet Annie the owner, please tell her that Tofu Bryan says hello. :)

My family has gone to New Moon for over 10 years. I live in Denver and meet family at the new moon. We have always gotten great service. I love the food. They serve more than ample sized servings. I like the Cantoneese style food. They are always pleasant here and service is great.

Great Cantonese style my favorite, although others available. Try to eat there at least several times a month if not weekly. It's like one big family with everyone welcomed by owner, Annie. Consistent quality, tasty, and filling. Always take-home or share with a friend. I notice a lot of regulars, so obviously a local favorite. :)

Always fresh and delicious! No MSG! Love the owners. The only thing I'm not a fan of is their carrots that are incorporated into many of their dishes... They seem like they come from a freezer.

This special little restaurant has been a family favorite for years. Tons of really great food and reasonable prices too. I usually get 2-3 meals out of one order.

Best tender beef ever had. Absolutely love dragon and the Phoenix. Have been eating there for years. Moved away 12 years ago from Longview, but stop ever chance I get when passing by on interstate. Go out of our way to eat there.

This little restaurant was surprising. The portions were very large and everything tasted great. I would visit here ever time I come through town. Much better than we expected.

Although it was a busy evening it was both friendly and fast service! My wife has celiacs so she has to order gluten free and they do their best every time to ensure it's gluten free. Thank you so much!

Accidently turned into the parking lot here while trying to get to Panda and decided to stay and eat. Super impressed!! The food was amazing, it was hot and fresh and holy good. I will definitely be back.

We've been coming to New Moon for as long as I can remember. We've moved out of the area but anytime we are going through Longview we have to stop for our N.M. fix! Love their hot and sour soup, huge portions that feed us for 3 days and food is hot, fast and so friendly. Annie, the owner always remembers my #9 with fried noodles. Always! Can't say enough about this place. For us it's a destination, a reason to stop in Longview.

One of our favorite Chinese restaurants. They have great lunch specials. Love their take out. Quick, friendly and locally owned and ran.

The best portions ever. The Greenbeans with garlic sauce (?) is incredible. Lemon chicken is out of this world. They are always busy! Local, and no MSG!!

Literally went here every year for my birthday growing up and ate here like once a week in high school. Great food, friendliest owners in the world, one of my favorite restaurants in Longview.
