Broadway Bar

I visited there tonight and waited for a couple of friends to show up to have dinner. They were delayed a bit so I while I waited I had a few cold beers, mind you it was getting close to 9 pm on a weekday. After asking the waitress what time the kitchen closed, she informed me it was to close at 9. So I went ahead and ordered a couple of burgers and fries to go with less than 10 minutes left until the kitchen closed. The staff was extremely polite even though I placed an order so late. When my friends finally arrived we were able to enjoy a few beers each and listen to the live music being performed. The staff never rushed us out as were as courteous as ever. My friends and I were able to finish our beer and enjoy the closing of the bar without any fuss at all. I absolutely loved the entire experience my friends and I enjoyed tonight. A very big thank you to the kitchen staff and waitresses who worked tonight. A+ service all around. It was very much appreciated. :)

Get the burger and pay the dollar for the cheesey bun, if you don't you will regret it for a lifetime. I thought the bread was soggy, no it was just that filled with cheese. I think I got the smash burger, it had sauteed onions and it was amazing. The bottle caps or whatever jalapeno things were good, but the cheese bun was over the top. Onion rings were awesome as well. I don't miss working that area, but I sure as hell will miss the burgers. This is the view from the front door of the restaurant, I am disappointed I don't have a pic of the food.

This place is a gem! We arrived with a party of 17 people, celebrating my husband's birthday. The wait staff was exceptionally attentive to each member of our group. Our food orders arrived much faster than we anticipated for such a large group, and everything was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend this establishment!

Friday night steak night was great. Steak was cooked perfect. I live everything about this bar. I work in O&G and came in for a couple of beers one night. The building is rich with history. I started looking around at all of the original components and the owner happen to be there and saw me. She told me the history of the building and how they brought it back to life. If you’re passing through and live Texas history this is a must stop.

Best stop I made. Had the Philly cheese steak and good God it was incredible. I added jalapenos and the flavor was excellent, portion size was great, and service was on par with everything else. Both ladies had smiles on their faces and seemed happy to help. My buddy got the Smash burger and said it was worth the twenty minute drive for sure. 100% worth a stop!

Excellent service, Texas philly-cheesteak is the best I’ve had in Texas. They Have very Cold Corona Beers . Oinion ring portion is big.

Took my 91 year old dad over for early Christmas lunch and really enjoyed the delicious hamburgers!! Great tasty meat patties, bun, lettuce, tomato very fresh and not soggy. Fries were great size and delicious. Service was excellent, even though we arrived close to 2 afternoon closing time. Restaurant decor was interesting. Referred by a friend, so glad we checked it out!!

Went for lunch and a beer, best food in town! Not alot of competition around but they really put out some great food and the staff is friendly! Definitely will stop by when I'm I'm town

Looking for a place to eat coming from Gillett, Texas found this place and turned out Great. We had the Burgers and boy were they delicious. Employee were friendly and place was clean.

Food is great! Garlic wings are killer, guac-cueso burger is awesome, and the salad bar is always immaculate! The staff is terrific also!

Great atmosphere and a very large menu for small town Texas! I would definitely recommend the pizza fries and the house salad!
