No high pressure sales, let me lay on each mattress as long as I wanted, didn’t try to guide me to the “the expensive stuff”, answered all of my questions, delivering my new mattress and taking my old one. All in all I am very happy with my experience and will shop here again. Swing by Withrow’s if you need something for your home. Good folks there. PS: I bought one of the more expensive ones anyway! It felt fantastic. I may pull a Rip Van Winkle when they deliver it.

These guys are the best I've gotten two beds and a rug and a washer and dryer from them and they always deliver within literally an hour of me buying. They are always friendly and I highly recommend them

I purchased a washer when mine went out last week. They delivered on time, took the old washer, hooked up and leveled the new one and finished in 20 minutes.

They came through for me...I needed a special set of screws to put a bed together the people I bought it from forgot to send them with me. I called them described what I needed told them I had pictures of the bed frame. He told me to send them to him and hooked me up...it was very appreciated. Missing some screws? Great customer service. Very friendly, patient and helpful.
I spent weeks going to and calling stores in the Waco/Temple area who were "dealers" for a certain brand of furniture. I was told they did not place special orders.
Literally within minutes of contacting Withrow furniture they were able to confirm the model of power lift chair I wanted was available from the factory and placed the order for me. The chair arrived in just a few days.
