Uncertain Inn Motel

Great place to stay and wonderful people. If a guest house, Air B&B etc are overkill for your needs, then this is the place for you. You will not be disappointed.

We are ALWAYS last minute when we decide to getaway to Caddo…. these folks never disappoint!!! They accommodate our very specific needs (2 adults, at least 5 kids, 3 rooms, 3 boats..) every time we call!!! We’ve stayed at both their properties & they’ve got our business forever!! Rooms are clean, reasonably priced, equipped with fridge, microwave…. beds are comfy & they have all amenities available for outdoor cooking!! The hospitality is 5 star…. I love these folks & the fine establishment they created!!!

We got to the state park and realized we forgot our tent. Quick google search lead us here . Owners were great and accommodating for our last minute booking and arrival at 9 PM. Room was nice and beds cozy. Woke to gorgeous lake views and some excellent paddling. We were only passing through thus could only stay one night but plan on returning to enjoy more time exploring the lake via kayaks. Oh yea, they also have kayaks and a canoe available for use

Oh my goodness! This was an amazing trip. The Lodge was peaceful; it had it's own docks, kayaks, canoe, stunning views. Great place to stay for a group.. the lodge sleeps 10 and there are 8 inn rooms, right next door. The new owners are very accommodating people. We are already planning a return trip.

We stayed a week at the inn Keith and Tina the new owners were very nice. They made sure we had everything we needed. The house keeper kim was awesome she checked with us every day to make sure everything was good. I was able to dock my boat right on the property. I will be staying there again. Every year we can

The time that I Enjoyed at the Uncertain Lodge and Inn was truly memorable. The owners Keith and Tina Talley are some of the most gracious people you could meet. From the first moment we met them they treated us like we were friends. They are the best!!! This is the only place worth staying in Uncertain, Tx!!! They have a really nice dock for fishing. They provide kayaks or canoes to use for free as long as you stay. Certainly the most hospitable place you could ever find. I am Most Certain about The Uncertain Lodge and Inn!!!

Clean, quiet, family and pet friendly, hospitable, breathtaking view, excellent customer service, and relaxing. These are just a few words that describe the experience my husband and I stumbled upon at the Lodge & Inn. Keith was so accommodating to ensure our visit to the river and Caddo Lake that we left Sunday feeling as though we’d made a friend. Keith and Tina have done exceptionally well updating their place. The smell of “clean” without perfumes or bleachy smells is important to me and they’ve nailed it spot on. There isn’t any clutter or over abundance of mosquitoes because they take time to care for the landscaping and protect from pests (as good as anyone can when they’re right on the river). Oh I can’t wait to get back for another quiet getaway as well as a group gathering in their beautiful lodge. I’m not impossible to please, but I can be a little picky. I’ve nothing to pick at about the Lodge & Inn. We will be seeing y’all again soon!!!

This place was amazing! Beds were comfy, room was very clean and the owners were super sweet. The view sitting on the porch was so relaxing. We will definitely be traveling back again.

Southern hospitality at its best. Keith and Tina were awesome!! They met all our accommodations and some. They are super cool and friendly. We loved it. Rooms are tidy and clean as well.
