Absolute worst excuse for a therapist I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. She did NOT care about helping me at all. Having her staff make appointments when they knew the doctor would not be in the office and then literally laughing in my face about the fact I had driven all the way there for nothing. She signed me up for the indigent program assuring me and my family members that medically necessary surgeries would be paid for, even going so far as to write the approval letters to the surgeons and hospitals stating the surgeries had been approved. Only to my horror to discover the night before my back surgery it would not be covered because on indigent each patient is only allowed 3750.00 per year..which being that she had been in charge of indigent for over 20 years, she surely knew. But obviously lied about. She said she would help fill out my paperwork for disability but then denied saying that but then said ok I'll help then said my identity had been stolen so she couldn't..these are not games anyone should play with their patients , especially mental health patients. And I could go on and on with the lies she told and the disrespect she showed to myself and my family ...completely disgusting. I even went to her superiors and told them only to be told if I couldn't get along with her I'd have to find somewhere else to go. Seriously how does she get away with this abuse of patients..please do not go see her my mental state is so much worse now than the day I first walked in her office.
