Did the arrangements for my aunt’s funeral and they were absolutely lovely! Flowers were vibrant and smelled amazing. They were exactly what she would have wanted and the dove detailing was a beautiful touch. They also had a quick turn around in making sure they were ready for her funeral.

Mr. Henderson has always been so kind to me. Although I'm a fellow florist it hasn't stopped him from being very polite and meeting the needs of his customers.

My family has been going to this place for years to put flowers on my late grandmother’s grave.

Ordered for a funeral delivery for a coworkers family member. Didn’t receive any notification from the company that it was delivered but the coworker let me know. Gorgeous bouquet, definitely worth the price.

I ordered a Colorful Tribute Bouquet for my grandfather's funeral and paid to upgrade the arrangement to a premium arrangement. My grandfather was buried with Naval honors. At the viewing I was extremely disappointed at what was delivered. The white lillies in my arrangement as well as multiple other arrangements from their shop were wilted and dead. I called Henderson Flower & Gift Shop and explained that what they delivered was not what I paid for and that some of the flowers were dead. I told them I wanted them to know how disappointed I was at what they delivered. Their response was they were sorry but they tried their best.That was it. I will not use them again and do not recommend them to others.

My daughter ordered flowers to be delivered for Mothers Day. They send a smaller bouquet than what she ordered. She called them to discuss this with them. They were rude and did not fix the issue, apologize or do a partial refund. Do not use this florist. I wish I could give them less than 1 star. They cheat people out of the product and send something half of the value of what’s paid.
