Great service and super friendly personnel , unfortunately 95% of people coming thru here and also staying are hispanic (mexican , cuban ,colombian ,etc ) and the parking lot is the purest image of why we are not very welcome in the states , theres plenty of trash cans all around but still lazzy POS throw trash everywhere , the restroom gets cleaned frquently and is allways a mess.

I just want everyone to know that Sunshine is an absolute godsend! She is amazing in every single way, polite, helpful and caring! I’m beyond grateful for her and the kindness she has shown!

I absolutely love visiting any pilot store. Always it's so clean! The showers were terrific but the price was a little bit high at $15. Pizza is delicious, coffee's great and the staff are super friendly. I usually get a pizza to take home and it's good as any Pizzeria I've ever been to. I looked around, large selection of drinks, donuts, snacks, and the hot bar always looks delicious. The sandwiches are very fresh. Fruits look very fresh and delicious. I go to Pilot every chance I get.

Best place to stop for fuel, a restroom break and a snack. The hot food served here is cooked to order so it is fresh and amazing. This is where I stop when I’m passing through. Cleanest bathrooms I have seen in along time.

Great place for food,drinks and almos anything.

An oasis in the desert. In an area swarming with negative customer experiences, this Pilot stands head and shoulders above the rest. Oilfield brings a lot of trash, both flesh and plastic, and this store serves as a friendly reminder that there is always a place to go for a pleasant refresher. I commend Sara, who ALWAYS has a smile on her face and talks to you with sincerity and respect, even though most of the time she’s not getting the same in return. She’s a shining example of not only a great person and employee, but good leadership as well.

I frequent this store almost daily for fuel, food and drinks and drive 10+ miles past other gas stations to do so.

These are some clean rest rooms to start .Also compared to it's sister store in orla ,Texas ,this kermit store, is by far the cleanest ...Orla keeps trash all over the store, bathrooms like a pig sty ..If you have to choose ,kermit is my suggested spot ..

Joey and Sonya always willing to help you and go the extra mile to make sure you got what you wanted and need. Isabella love her warm friendly smile every time I see her.

The best service and pilot don’t hesitate when it comes the drivers they treat us good they give us points enough to get a big meal not like the store a cross the street

Don't eat at the subway here it's outrageously priced you cannot get a $5 foot long here more like a $12 samwhich staff is good for tge most part just remember to bring your piggy bank to eat here

I like going here everyday, its right next to my job, so super convenient. Theyre ALL sooo nice and quick, love it :)

Nice clean and quiet.. Wait, it's because it was midnight "Christmas Day." But that PJ Samich was delicious. Very nice Pilot team working the night shift.

As a place to get good coffee, fresh supplies, a shower and a warm welcome, this is great! Oh, and they sell fuel, too!

Always friendly staff that welcomes you when you walk in. It's a busy environment but you can stop and get food, drinks, and snacks for the road.
