We had a great experience with Trendsetters. We got several quotes from various flooring companies both local and national chains. Trendsetters had the best reviews and now I see why! We worked with Chelston to find the right brand, color, texture, price, etc. and she was very patient and helpful. Once we decided, the scheduling process was very quick. Installers were great - very courteous and professional - and worked quickly but carefully. We love our new carpet! Highly recommend.

This place is awesome! They replaced the carpet in 3 of my bedrooms with wood-like tile. It turned out amazing! Everyone was super friendly and knowledgeable. They were very quick to respond to questions and helped me pick out the perfect tile/grout combo. I was very impressed with how quickly they got me on their schedule and the time it took for them to complete the job. I highly recommend!

Chelsey and Wayne have gone above and beyond for us. Our builder sent us here to select flooring for our custom home and we have been working with Chelsey throughout the process. After install of the original flooring we selected, we were not satisfied with the color of the floor. Trendsetters agreed that it did not match the sample piece we had selected, so they contacted the manufacturer, who also agreed. They worked together and allowed us to come in and select new flooring! They ordered one box and brought it to our new home to lay out for us to see if it’s what we want. If that isn’t amazing customer satisfaction, then I don’t know what is. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone. It’s hard to find this kind of business today where the business actually cares. I can’t thank you enough, Trendsetters!

Used Trendsetters to update flooring upstairs in my home. From my first contact with them, to the measuring and estimates, to the final install, terrific customer service. They were patient with no pressure while the flooring was selected. Always had fast responses with answers to every question i had. 100% recommend and will definitely be using them in the future!

We contracted with Trendsetters to replace the floor in a guest bath, where plumbing repairs had required destroying it. We liked their work so much, we got them to later replace the carpet throughout our house - very satisfied with the professionalism & speed of installation, and the quality of the product is top-notch!

Worked with Randy to install a batch of mohawk carpet in my upstairs. From the time my wife and I first started the color and carpet selection to when we actually placed the order was about 4 months, but everyone involved was helpful and friendly to work with. From the time we completed order to install complete was less then a week. Will recommend, quality operation and easy to work with.

Randy? I think that is who helped us today. He was great with helping us today. We are having a custom home built and had to stay within budget however he was able to help guide us to choices of other carpets that where not to far from the budget. Great help

I know them to be caring and reputable. I do not think you can go wrong if you decide to use them. They have installed tile in my home, carpet in my home, and very soon wood flooring in my home. I can assure you that they stand behind their service.
