City National Bank - Naples

These people go out of their way to help you in any way they can. They are always polite and curious. I have been with this bank for thirty years and I love these people in both branches. I would highly recommend this bank to everyone.

Had a electric co-op check in my deceased father's name to cash. Brought death certificate, birth certificate, and all manner of proper identification. They were rude and wouldn't cash the $40 dollar check.

I am about to the point that I’m going to sue this bank for the full insurance policy it has. Have never had a bank add 119.00 dollars for one overdraft item. This bank is corrupt and only thinks about how much money they can make. I will pay what I over draft and not a cent more and change banks this is pitiful. Hate corruption for the people in a banking system just shows their true colors.

They should be sued are slanderous and make banking miserable for a 3 war veteran. A 79 YEAR CUSTOMER AND THEIR FAMILY. THEY MAKE DADDYS ACCESS TO HIS MONEY AS IMPOSSIBLE AND DREADFUL AS THEY CAN. THEY ALSO BREACH CONFIDENTIALITY. THEY DONT LISTEN TO HIM. THEY TREAT HIM AS THOUGH HE'S STUPID. WAS GOINF TO STICK.WITH THEM. BUT THWU BLEW HIS 89TH BIRTHDAY REQUEST. DONT USE THIS BANK. THEY ACT LIKE YOU HABE NO RIGHTS TO TOUR OQN WISHES OR MONEY. PASS IT ON
