Dr.Rubio is by far the best doctor y’all have employed along with her team. I have had her as a doctor since I was pregnant and she was so helpful, makes you feel seen, heard, and goes above and beyond through every stage. Her team as well are very comforting, nice and non judgmental. I’m so grateful that Dr. Rubio delivered my baby and continues to see both my baby and I postpartum so we don’t have to go looking elsewhere. She is so good with my baby as well, she truly cares and loves what she does, her staff as well. If you need an obgyn or family practitioner I highly recommend Dr.Rubio. Also the office staff are polite and I’ve never had an issue with anyone there.

Excellent staff. They are quick to work in an appointment when my kids are sick. Very attentive and listen to all of my concerns. I highly recommend this clinic!

I can't believe what we were put through. We were lied to by the rude front desk when we set our appointment and she set us up with a doctor that was not even our own and then lied to by the nurse repeatedly asking her if we were being put in the right room because it wasn't on our doctor's hall and she just kept going around the question then when she mentioned another doctor's name and I told her I did not know who that doctor was she said she would go get the doctor and they would talk to me when the nurse practitioner and LVN came in I let them know that there was Bloody tissue next to the bed and let them know that bed was never cleaned that the girl just came in ripped the paper down no sanitation or any cleaning at all and the bloody tissue on the floor made me certain that I didnt want to be there, how nasty is that when you go to the doctors with so called experts.

This place needs to be shut down. They almost killed me. Went into ER with severe tachycardia and adrenal crisis. The Nurse practitioner who was under the influence refused to even let me see the doctor. I was told "wasn't having a heart attack so go home." I begged to see the doctor. I ended up going to another ER where I was seen by an actual doctor and was told I could have died. I was threatened with a nurse's fist and a needle to put on a mask yet NONE of them were wearing a mask. See photos.

Just goto abilene. I have to take my kids all the way there, as do many in sweetwater because the front desk is so rude. The nurses and doctors are amazing, but you are instantly "greeted" by miserable rude and angry women. It's a very common complaint about this clinic

This place is trash. The state should shut it down. If you don't wanna take their covid test they dismiss you and your child. They act like checking for anything else is not possible. And if you don't take the test because it's invasive for a 4 year old they won't give him a note for school because he's been out for 4 days. What do you expect a mom to do??? Oh yeah take your covid test then yall can make money on NY Child. I don't care if he's positive or not, there is NO treatment so how does testing help him? If anything give him the decongestant meds like I asked for.

My insurance did not cover this visit and the nurse told me my visit would be probably about 170.00 so I stayed and was seen by nurse practitioner. For a prescription, my weight, blood pressure and listened to my lungs, I was floored with a bill of 297.00. What a joke !

You have to bite someone's head off just to get someone to do something here. One of the receptionists up there is extremely rude and interrupts you when you talk. I have to take my kids and myself to Abilene for good treatment. But my husband unfortunately can't make the drive so I have to deal with them. The only person that seemed to know what she was doing left. I can't believe people that choose to be in the work of the health of people are this horrid. Get a different job if you can't be nice and do it correctly.

Don't waste your time or health issues with Dr Ali. My bf had an x-ray 3 weeks ago. Dr Ali said she would call the next day with results. 3 weeks later, numerous phone calls for results, we had to get his medical records. We feel like we were playing Russian roulette with his health and Dr Ali's medical advice.

They can't tell the difference from a torn ligament and staff infection. You call inform doctor that problem is getting worst and front end people are extremely rude.

It a crazy thing when people you trust your life to don't know what they doing or dont care no respect for patients and their needs it's like you in principle office getting in trouble for being sick sorry but it's true
