Quality Inn

This was one of the best hotel stays that I've ever had and at a great price! The room was comfortable with everything that we needed - tv, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, blow dryer, iron, etc. We couldn't hear anybody in other rooms and the ac/heater worked great. The bed was soft with plump pillows.

The whole place was really clean and tastefully decorated; it was well lit with nice landscaping, beautiful flowers in the courtyard where the pool is. There was a neat little shop in the lobby to buy snacks & essentials. It has a fully loaded exercise room and hands down the best free breakfast you can get at a hotel. In fact it was better than most cafes that I've been to, you don't want to miss it!

They are pet friendly with a small fee and it was easy to make a reservation online. They have a good cancellation policy, looks like a full refund up to the day before. The building was easy to find with plenty of parking. All the employees were friendly and low key, plenty of privacy. Our door key card worked perfectly every time.

My only complaints are that there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom so showers made the room warm & humid, the toilet had to be flushed more than once to get things down, and the fridge was tightly wedged in a cabinet that made the door difficult to open.

But all in all I was really impressed with this hotel and very happy with my stay. There were lots of other places charging way more that had much worse reviews - this place is an excellent value and I absolutely recommend it to everyone!

One night stopover on a cross country drive and glad I chose this place. Room was quiet, clean, and safe (female traveling alone), and the breakfast was phenomenal- bacon, sausage, ham, potatoes- just wow! The hotel is a bit weirdly laid out, with separate sections for each block of rooms, but it made me exercise so not complaining. Speaking of which, the fitness room was great, too. Wasn't expecting much in Sweetwater and came away pleasantly surprised.

The guy works nights is really awesome. Very sweet and very helpful helped me when I need it and seemed to really like his job. It was a fresh breath of air to have an overnight attendant. Be happy that there at work place was claimed. The breakfast was okay. It wasn't that good a lot of microwavable but still very nice room

Comfortable bed, (except family in another room had a terrible mattress and was sore for the rest of the week…) pillows, and bedding. Everything was clean and everything worked.

I've stayed at many choice brand hotels and about half have been quality inn. This particular location in sweetwater, tx was by far the best I've ever stayed in. As a professional house keeper myself it's very difficult staying in hotels and feeling comfortable. I had no issues there. The room was clean, the breakfast area was top notch. The cheerful lady Stocking breakfast did a fabulous job. I wish every hotel was as nice!!! So if you're staying in or near sweetwater you can't go wrong!!

Highway easily accessible. Right off the bat, my stay went well. Lady in the lobby was very nice, friendly & thoughtful. She gave me a room with easy outdoor accessibility on the 1st floor to make taking my dog out smoother, without me inquiring. They have very reasonable prices for pet fees & cleaning fees. Room was very clean & comfortable. The breakfast was great. Overall my stay was perfect.

Fantastic stay! These folks do a great job! Everything was perfect from parking to room to breakfast. Very friendly and professional staff. Excellent value.

The room was clean, beds were comfy, and the pillows very fluffy (only needed to use one). Again, be careful of slippery shower/tub. They had a mat in the bottom, but once you break out your soap/shampoo/shower gel, it's slick.
We had a very quiet night as we stayed on a Monday night this last visit. Staff is very friendly and helpful. A full breakfast is served in the mornings. It includes scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, biscuits, gravy, waffles, cereal, donuts, and more. Small vending area also available with other necessities (razors, OTC meds, etc) that can be added to your room charge.
The location is a bit strange to navigate when getting off I-20E, but any good nav (google maps) will get you there easily.
My only warning about staying here on Mondays is that a large number of the surrounding restaurants are closed (or close early) on Mondays.
We've stayed here several times, and will return again next time we are in the area.

Old rooms but very well kept up. Night crew was extremely helpful and kind.

polite professional staff. clean comfortable bed. great room amenities. the best breakfast set up I've seen all year, including eggs, sausage, and bacon. other hotels could learn from these folks.

I was very impressed this is a very nice,clean,comfortable,cozy,inexpensive place to stay. I was expecting to spend at least close to a hundred and eighty or so on a room with double beds for 2 adults and 2 teenagers for the night. We stayed there for a lot less than I expected with a hot breakfast then next morning to get us going and back on the road to complete our 6 hour journey! I will definitely be staying there again as I make that journey quite often.

Was just looking for a comfortable place to get a few hours sleep before completing my drive from Phoenix to Dallas. This place was perfect. Quick check in, clean rooms, comfortable beds, good internet, easy parking. Exactly what I needed.

Loved! Extremely helpful front desk clerk upon check in, awesome breakfast choices, extremely clean, hallways/lobby smelled fresh, room was clean and smelled wonderful..thank you Amy! The pool area was the only disappointment...closed. Would definitely stay again.

Convenient location right off the road with friendly staff and very clean rooms. Breakfast was nice with a very clean and large area to sit in. Gotta love the blue bell ice cream selection in the in house shop there as well! I will definitely be staying here again!

I have to give this Quality Inn a 5 plus the check in was speedy. The room was impeccable. Spacious,clean and very comfortable. In the morning there was a hot buffet breakfast. I was very impressed and would definitely recommend staying here. The bed very comfortable. The check out fast and pain free. Thank you for restoring my faith!!! Hope to see you next year on our way to AZ.

Breakfast was delicious. Quiet and comfortable. Will stay again if in the area.

Traveling through Sweetwater, heading cross country. By far the best place for the money!!!

We have stayed here 4 times now. The rooms are always clean and staff is always friendly. The beds are comfortable. The breakfast is your typical motel breakfast. Food was hot and well stocked. The motel has a small lobby bar which is cozy and has a decent variety.

Clean comfortable nicely decorated. Looks just like the pictures they posted. Has a very open friendly feeling. Very very nice staff. Good basic breakfast. Comfortable bed. Plenty of outlets in USB ports. Very old building Made new again.

stayed over Christmas break. Nice big place that we got at the last minute. Plenty of parking and pretty secure. Of all the choice hotels I've stayed at this one had the best breakfast I've ever had. 3 different types of meats to choose from, never seen this before as a choice hotels platinum member. Keep doing what you're doing.
