Best Western Plus Sweetwater Inn & Suites

Loved this hotel we stayed here October 14 and then October 23. The ladies at the the front desk were great and very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It was quite all night both nights. It is very easy to get on and off the interstate. Had no problems and will stay here the next time I passing through.

Monica at the front desk was very sweet, helpful & went over & above what I'd expect. We appreciated her for bringing bedding up to our room on the 3rd floor for our grandson to sleep on the sofa bed. Thank you so much for your kindness & your hospitality, Monica! ❤

Nice, clean, convenient, almost always quiet. Our place to stay every time we go thru Sweetwater. Great,helpful staff too.

The everyday supplies are some of the best I've had anywhere. The beds and pillows are extremely comfortable. This is a pet friendly hotel that is well maintained. The internet has always been fast and reliable. The staff is courteous and always helpful.

Perfect from check in until check out! Awesome customer service, good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Bed was AMAZING. Above average breakfast. Highly recommend!

I'm here for business once a month and have made this my hotel of choice for the past 2 months. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Ms. Monica at the front desk both of these times and hope to for the foreseeable future. She has been remarkable in customer services even going as far as to help accommodate me in a last minute room change request. I understand that her and staff may not always be able to make such drastic change but the fact that she was willing even to put in the effort speaks volumes. If you happen to stop in Sweetwater, TX, do yourself the favor of staying here an paying them a visit. They truly have been awesome!

We are “Diamond Select” members with BW. So we stay with BW a lot!
We thought this hotel was extra nice. Room was very clean and the mattress was comfortable. Breakfast was great! Well lit up and safe parking lot. Keep up the great work at this BW!! We will be back.

Front desk girl (Monica) was great, check in was quick and easy, king room was large and comfortable. Unfortunately the outdoor pool is seasonal and closed in October. Truck parking accommodates a dozen or more trucks, and the breakfast bar had a good selection of items. Overall this place checks off everything on the list without issue. I’ll be back!

This hotel staff is exceptional. Hotel is great too.

I stayed here with one of my adult sons after driving for just over 13 hours. We stayed one night in the middle of the Labor Day Weekend in 2022. We got a good rate even though it was a last minute decision on a holiday. Breakfast and wifi were included. The parking lot is very well lit. The location is right off the main highway through town and is near some restaurants.

The breakfast was excellent providing a great selection of hot and cold options. This included eggs, sausage, biscuits/gravy, bread, bagels, yogurt, juices, coffee and I'm sure there are things I'm leaving out.

We had a queen room at the end of the hall and experienced a quiet night.

The check in was smooth and quick. The staff person that night was very friendly and helpful She offered us a couple of muffins, bottles of water and pointed out the availability of cookies in the lobby. This saved me a trip to a fast food place when I wanted to get to bed quickly. She told us the time of breakfast in the morning, and provided us with a wifi password. She answered every question before I had a chance to ask them. Great service.

The next morning, after breakfast, I asked for a printed receipt from the front desk staff which they promptly provided to me. One of them asked if we were out of the room yet and I explained that we would be gone in about 15 minutes.

After we packed ourselves back into our vehicle, but before I pulled out of the parking lot, I received a phone call from the hotel. The front desk employee informed me that the cleaning person found a pair of glasses in our room. I went back into the hotel and the cleaning person brought my glasses down to me! Fantastic customer service.

I've traveled almost all over the entire northern hemisphere and I've never experienced better customer service.

I will definitely stay here again. I can travel from central Texas westerly by any number of routes but I'll probably try to go through Sweetwater from now on just so I can stay here.

Great location. Easy to walk to other services n eateries. As hotels ho this one's checking all the boxes. Plus for those with large vehicles trucks busses n oversize rigs.... There's real truck parking.

Don’t be fooled when you drive in from the back, it’s hooked onto a neighborhood. Once you enter it’s warm and welcoming. Monica was excellent, helpful, and gave us a much needed laugh after a long drive. She answered the phone with a smile and politely asked if they were able to be placed on a brief hold then apologized to us for having to answer the phone. Lots of parking which was great and breakfast with AmberRose was enjoyable and filling, an actual breakfast! I highly recommend that if you pass through Sweetwater Tx take a break and treat yourself to a great room, lots of space, and a yummy breakfast! Highly recommended!

The best western plus in Sweetwater, Texas is a very pleasant place to stay. The staff are kind and helpful the breakfasts warm and the beds comfy. I reserved the king suite, which was very spacious and well appointed. However, I recommend asking for a room that does not face the interstate as it tended to get a little noisy.

All the staff here were very friendly. The check in and out was smooth, simple, and quick. The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable beds. Perfect amount of towels, hand towels and wash cloths for two people without having to ask for more. Wish there had been a regular small coffee pot rather than the one cup dispenser. Had a refrigerator and micro wave oven and eating places near by. I would stay here again and bring my own coffee pot.

I stayed here for almost 2 weeks on work related business. Nice amenities, very clean, & the staff was helpful & pleasant on a daily basis. Gloria & Monica were exceptionally pleasant, always gracious in greetings, & nailed the hospitality beyond expectations. Pool was always clean & clear, & room service did a great job as well.

The front desk staff (including Monica) was extremely helpful and friendly. I made a mistake with my Expedia reservation and they helped me fix the issue. The room was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.

It was such a great experience I’m actually writing a review so that it will help another mom/dad reviewing hotels while on the road until late at night. Perfect hotel. We sprung for a King Suite (only $10 more than 2 queens) so that my husband and I had a comfortable bed. The kids got the sofabed which was bigger than any of the “Queen” beds at other hotels. The staff was super friendly and the breakfast was LEGIT. Eggs, sausage, tortillas, bagels, WAFFLES! The coffee was great and so many other choices like juice and stuff. We got in at 1130pm and left by 8am and it’s still worth the $100+

My boyfriend and I arrived completely exhausted in the middle of a very difficult cross-country move. I cut my finger— it was gushing blood, and the lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing. I think her name was Kenzie and she said she’s training to be an ENT. She was so compassionate/kind and administered first aid/cleaned me up. I can’t tell you how much that small act of kindness meant to me at that moment.

The stay itself was really good. Comfy bed. My only complaint was they had the AC turned off and we would have slept better with the AC on. It was also cat friendly, which we needed. The hot breakfast was wonderful and set us up for success for our next day of driving. Overall, wonderful experience!!

New, Clean, Friendly, Comfortable, Quiet, Convenient. This hotel is newer and super clean. Even the pet specific room was spotless and smelled good. This hotel offers smoking and non smoking rooms. I am non smoking and never got a whiff of smoke the whole stay. Complimentary breakfast buffet was good. Every staff member was exceedingly polite and helpful. I slept great: bed was comfortable, room was quiet. I look forward to my next stay.
